Tambi\u00e9n <strong>hemos hecho referencia a las lluvias<\/strong>, las cuales han sido protagonistas en la ciudad y en nuestras comarcas durante los \u00faltimos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"240\" data-end=\"700\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vilademuro.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Muro<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/a>y\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cocentaina.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cocentaina<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>movilizar\u00e1n\u00a0<strong>una inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica estimada en 7,13 millones de euros<\/strong>\u00a0vinculada a fondos europeos FEDER para desarrollar un plan de actuaci\u00f3n integral en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ministerio de Hacienda. De esta cantidad,<strong>\u00a04,28 millones de euros proceden de la ayuda europea<\/strong>, lo que representa\u00a0<strong>el 60 % del total<\/strong>, mientras que los ayuntamientos de ambos municipios\u00a0<strong>aportar\u00e1n conjuntamente cerca de 2,85 millones de euros<\/strong>\u00a0como cofinanciaci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"995\">El proyecto\u00a0<strong>se articular\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de una \u00c1rea Urbana Funcional (AUF)<\/strong>, una f\u00f3rmula de cooperaci\u00f3n que permite a municipios vecinos planificar y ejecutar actuaciones conjuntas, reforzando as\u00ed su capacidad para atraer recursos y garantizar un retorno medible de la inversi\u00f3n sobre el territorio. Bajo el lema\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1037\">\u201cF\u00e1brica de Innovaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, el plan<strong>\u00a0conecta pasado, presente y futuro<\/strong>\u00a0mediante la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios vinculados al legado industrial de la comarca como Textiflok en la Villa Condal y Les Caixetes en Muro para transformarlos en infraestructuras al servicio de la nueva econom\u00eda. El periodo de ejecuci\u00f3n previsto abarca de 2026 a 2030 \u201c<em>estamos ante un d\u00eda hist\u00f3rico y toca agradecer el apoyo del Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a, que cree en esta comarca y en sus oportunidades. Por primera vez Cocentaina obtiene fondos europeos FEDER, lo que representa una muestra de confianza en nuestro potencial, en nuestra gente y, sobre todo, en nuestro proyecto de pueblo de futuro<\/em>\u201c, afirma el alcalde contestano,\u00a0<strong>Rub\u00e9n Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>.\u00a0 Por su parte, el alcalde de Muro,\u00a0<strong>Vicent Molina<\/strong>, ha se\u00f1alado que esta ayuda \u201c<em>nos impulsa a hacer realidad un proyecto de pueblo que mira al futuro con ilusi\u00f3n. Vamos a transformar las ruinas de un pasado, que sigue muy presente en el imaginario colectivo, en una realidad capaz de recuperar el pulso industrial de Muro y de la comarca. La reindustrializaci\u00f3n es una necesidad estrat\u00e9gica y una oportunidad real si se suman esfuerzos y se retiene talento<\/em>\u201c, afirma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4073\" data-end=\"4496\">De cara al futuro inmediato,\u00a0<strong>los dos Ayuntamientos trabajar\u00e1n en la priorizaci\u00f3n y ajuste de las actuaciones para adaptarlas al presupuesto concedido<\/strong>\u00a0y, si es necesario, complementarlo con otras l\u00edneas de financiaci\u00f3n.
