{"id":16080,"date":"2015-09-29T15:34:34","date_gmt":"2015-09-29T15:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=16080"},"modified":"2015-09-29T15:37:06","modified_gmt":"2015-09-29T15:37:06","slug":"frances-la-denuncia-no-tiene-fundamento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/frances-la-denuncia-no-tiene-fundamento\/","title":{"rendered":"Franc\u00e9s: &#8220;la denuncia no tiene fundamento&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El alcalde de Alcoy, Antonio Franc\u00e9s, ha acudido a declarar a primera hora de esta ma\u00f1ana en el\u00a0juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n n\u00famero 4 de Alcoy tras la demanda presentada por el sindicato de Polic\u00edas de la Comunidad Valenciana, SIPOL,\u00a0por la tramitaci\u00f3n de varios expedientes disciplinarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El primer edil ha destacado a la salida del Juzgado que\u00a0ha contestado tanto a las preguntas de los abogados del sindicato, como a los de la jueza y a su propio letrado, Roque Monllor &#8220;han hecho todas las preguntas necesarias para aclarar el expediente y ahora hay que esperar a que la Justicia trabaje&#8221;, ha manifestado el alcalde. Adem\u00e1s Franc\u00e9s ha reiterado que estaba &#8220;muy tranquilo&#8221; y ha indicado que la jueza &#8220;dispone ya de toda la documentaci\u00f3n para que sea estudiada y se act\u00fae por tanto en consecuencia&#8221;, destaca. De nuevo el alcalde se ha mostrado confiado en que la demanda ser\u00e1 archivada sin necesidad de vista oral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el d\u00eda de hoy tambi\u00e9n han prestado declaraci\u00f3n la concejal de personal, Lorena Zamorano, y\u00a0\u00a0el t\u00e9cnico antiguo jefe de Personal Luis Molina.
