Tambi\u00e9n hemos comentado que <strong>Alcoy vive los d\u00edas grandes de las fiestas en honor al patr\u00f3n San Mauro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alcoy se adentr\u00f3 ayer jueves en\u00a0<strong>los d\u00edas centrales de las Fiestas en honor a San Mauro M\u00e1rtir<\/strong>, escogido patr\u00f3n en 1620 ante\u00a0<strong>los graves terremotos<\/strong>\u00a0que sufr\u00eda la ciudad por estas fechas. La programaci\u00f3n, como es habitual,\u00a0<strong>incluye actos religiosos, culturales y solidarios<\/strong>\u00a0despu\u00e9s del descubrimiento oficial del cartel anunciador que tuvo lugar en la tarde del pasado 31 de octubre \u201c<em>he querido representar al patr\u00f3n, junto a la iglesia en la es venerado y que es un icono de Alcoy, y la verdad es que estoy muy contento de haber ganado este concurso<\/em>\u201c, indicaba hace unas semanas en COPE ALCOY el autor de la obra; el leon\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>C\u00e9sar N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayer, a partir de las 19:00h, comenz\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>Triduo<\/strong>\u00a0destacando en\u00a0<strong>la primera jornada<\/strong>\u00a0la oraci\u00f3n ante el Sant\u00edsimo Sacramento y la representaci\u00f3n del auto sacramental\u00a0<em>Mauro, un Sant per a Alcoi\u00a0<\/em>a cargo del Grup Jove de Teatre de Sant Mauro. Hoy viernes la celebraci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>segundo dia<\/strong>\u00a0contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes al mismo tiempo que los Juniors Flor de Neu recibir\u00e1n la distinci\u00f3n de Asociado de Honor de San Mauro. Al finalizar la eucarist\u00eda, San Mauro saldr\u00e1 a la calle en procesi\u00f3n recorriendo las calles Sant Francesc, Sant Lloren\u00e7 y Sant Nicolau hasta finalizar en la Plaza de Ram\u00f3n i Cajal, concretamente en el interior del templo de San Mauro y San Francisco \u201c<em>hac\u00eda tiempo que ten\u00edamos en mente la idea de que San Mauro saliera a la calle, como el resto de patronos de la ciudad, y al final el a\u00f1o pasado lo hicimos realidad. Fue un \u00e9xito y como la experiencia result\u00f3 tan positiva volvemos a repetir este a\u00f1o<\/em>\u201c, explicaba tambi\u00e9n en esta casa Ana Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda; presidenta de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AsociacionDeSanMauroMartir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Asociaci\u00f3n de San Mauro<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los actos seguir\u00e1n ma\u00f1ana con el\u00a0<strong>\u00faltimo d\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0del Triduo, en el que se realizar\u00e1 la procesi\u00f3n claustral por el interior de San Mauro y se colocar\u00e1 sobre el tronco de olivo el cop\u00f3n con las sagradas formas, un instante que recrea los hechos que hicieron nuestros antepasados cuando se produjeron los graves terremotos que asolaron la ciudad en 1620 y justo en el momento en el que se hizo la elecci\u00f3n de San Mauro como patr\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, los cargos festeros de 2025 recibir\u00e1n la medalla de San Mauro y la ceremonia finalizar\u00e1 con la veneraci\u00f3n de la reliquia. Por \u00faltimo el domingo, a las 12:30, tendr\u00e1 lugar la misa solemne en l que se leer\u00e1 el acta original donde qued\u00f3 plasmada la proclamaci\u00f3n del santo como patrono principal de Alcoy. La eucarist\u00eda ser\u00e1 concelebrada y estar\u00e1 oficiada por Monse\u00f1or Arturo Javier Garc\u00eda, Obispo Auxiliar de Valencia.
