Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado que <strong>Alcoy mantiene congelados los impuestos<\/strong> al mismo tiempo que <strong>actualiza la mayor\u00eda de tasas y precios p\u00fablicos al IPC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"708\">El\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"290\" data-end=\"315\">Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0ha presentado la modificaci\u00f3n de las\u00a0<strong data-start=\"353\" data-end=\"399\">ordenanzas fiscales para el ejercicio 2026<\/strong>, una revisi\u00f3n que mantiene congelados los principales impuestos municipales y actualiza la mayor\u00eda de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"553\">tasas y precios p\u00fablicos conforme al IPC (2,7%)<\/strong>. El objetivo, seg\u00fan el Consistorio, es\u00a0<strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"705\">garantizar la sostenibilidad de los servicios p\u00fablicos sin incrementar la presi\u00f3n fiscal sobre la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1489\">Entre las novedades, destaca la creaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1145\">un nuevo precio p\u00fablico destinado a cubrir los costes de los servicios y actividades para personas mayores<\/strong>, despu\u00e9s de dos ejercicios sin recibir subvenci\u00f3n directa de la Generalitat. Este nuevo marco permitir\u00e1 mantener programas que fomentan la convivencia, el bienestar y la participaci\u00f3n social de este colectivo, adapt\u00e1ndose a las nuevas condiciones de financiaci\u00f3n, que este a\u00f1o se canalizan mediante convocatorias de concurrencia competitiva. Tambi\u00e9n se han revisado las\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1553\">tasas del cementerio municipal<\/strong>, actualizando las tarifas por el incremento de los costes de materiales y mantenimiento, adem\u00e1s de otras ordenanzas vinculadas a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1793\">servicios como residuos, vados, alcantarillado, licencias ambientales, conservatorio o escuelas infantiles\u00a0<\/strong>\u201c<em>seguimos aplicando una pol\u00edtica fiscal responsable, que prioriza la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica del Ayuntamiento y la protecci\u00f3n de las familias, manteniendo unos impuestos moderados y unos servicios p\u00fablicos de calidad. La actualizaci\u00f3n general al IPC es una medida prudente y necesaria para que los servicios p\u00fablicos mantengan su nivel y no se vean afectados por el incremento de los costes generales. El\u00a0 Ayuntamiento contin\u00faa asumiendo alrededor del 12% de inflaci\u00f3n no repercutida de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Estas modificaciones nos permiten seguir prestando servicios de calidad sin aumentar la carga fiscal sobre la ciudadan\u00eda, manteniendo a Alcoy por debajo de la media nacional en esfuerzo tributario<\/em>\u201c, indica la edil de Hacienda del Consistorio;\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2131\" data-end=\"2629\">En materia de impuestos, se mantienen sin cambios el\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2209\">IBI, IVTM, IAE y ICIO<\/strong>, consolidando as\u00ed la\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2300\">pol\u00edtica de impuestos congelados por tercer ejercicio consecutivo<\/strong>.
