Tambi\u00e9n hemos comentado<strong> la reorganizaci\u00f3n del gobierno municipal de nuestra ciudad<\/strong> que ha llevado a cabo el alcalde, Toni Franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"781\">El alcalde de Alcoy,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"492\">Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, anunciaba d\u00edas atr\u00e1s\u00a0 la creaci\u00f3n de una\u00a0<strong data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"614\">gran \u00e1rea de Protecci\u00f3n del Medio Ambiente y Prevenci\u00f3n ante la Emergencia Clim\u00e1tica<\/strong>, una nueva estructura municipal que busca unificar esfuerzos y reforzar las pol\u00edticas locales en materia de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"778\">sostenibilidad, biodiversidad y seguridad ciudadana<\/strong>. La medida se alinea con las directrices del\u00a0<strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"875\">Pacto de Estado ante la Emergencia Clim\u00e1tica<\/strong>\u00a0impulsado por el Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a y agrupa las principales l\u00edneas de actuaci\u00f3n del Consistorio para fomentar el respeto por el entorno natural, as\u00ed como la prevenci\u00f3n y respuesta ante crisis derivadas de los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico, como\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1160\">incendios forestales o inundaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1551\">Franc\u00e9s ha destacado que\u00a0<strong>esta reorganizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cs<em>upone un paso adelante en la manera de entender las pol\u00edticas ambientales y de protecci\u00f3n civil como dos caras de una misma moneda<\/em>\u201d. En sus palabras, \u201cp<em>roteger el medio ambiente es tambi\u00e9n proteger a las personas, anticiparnos a los riesgos y garantizar un futuro sostenible para la ciudad, bajo una perspectiva transversal e integrada\u201d<\/em>, coment\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, insiste en que con este nuevo organigrama,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"2983\">Alcoy busca configurarse como una ciudad<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>preparada<\/strong>\u00a0\u201c<em>para afrontar los desaf\u00edos ambientales y sociales, tanto a medio como largo plazo<\/em>\u201c, concluye.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1970\">Al frente de esta nueva gran \u00e1rea del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/a>estar\u00e1\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1609\">Ra\u00fcl Llopis<\/strong>, que continuar\u00e1 dirigiendo\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1671\">Emergencias y Protecci\u00f3n Civil<\/strong>, y asumir\u00e1 adem\u00e1s las competencias de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"1751\">Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y Medio Ambiente<\/strong>, hasta ahora gestionadas por\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1799\">Teresa Sanju\u00e1n<\/strong>. La edil seguir\u00e1 al frente de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1865\">Vivienda y Patrimonio Municipal<\/strong>\u00a0y asumir\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n las \u00e1reas de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1926\">Normalitzaci\u00f3 Ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"1967\">Modernizaci\u00f3n de la Administraci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Por \u00faltimo, el ejecutivo local refuerza tambi\u00e9n su estructura social.
