Tambi\u00e9n <strong>os hemos contado novedades sobre las obras para la reforma de La Rosaleda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0ha realizado\u00a0<strong>una visita a las obras de remodelaci\u00f3n de la plaza de La Rosaleda<\/strong>\u00a0a principios de esta semana, constatando que los trabajos est\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticamente concluidos, con la pintura y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n ya finalizadas. Sin embargo,\u00a0<strong>a\u00fan quedan algunos aspectos pendientes<\/strong>\u00a0antes de la apertura oficial del aparcamiento, prevista dentro de un plazo de tres semanas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la inspecci\u00f3n, el arquitecto responsable de la obra inform\u00f3 que, aunque<strong>\u00a0la mayor parte del proyecto est\u00e1 terminada<\/strong>, todav\u00eda se est\u00e1n gestionando autorizaciones para las instalaciones que han tenido que ser sustituidas y algunos detalles relacionados con la impermeabilizaci\u00f3n en ciertas zonas de nueva construcci\u00f3n. En cumplimiento con la Ley de Contratos del Sector P\u00fablico, a la empresa constructora\u00a0<strong>se le ha otorgado un plazo improrrogable de dos semanas<\/strong>\u00a0para completar estas tareas pendientes, por lo que se prev\u00e9 que el aparcamiento est\u00e9 listo en ese per\u00edodo \u201c<em>aunque las actuaciones vinculadas a la obra est\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticamente finalizadas, hay cuestiones relacionadas con las autorizaciones de las instalaciones que deben resolverse antes de poder recepcionar el servicio. Esperamos que la contratista cumpla con este plazo establecido por ley\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>afirma la edil de Urbanismo; Vanessa Molt\u00f3. Esta \u00faltima ha anunciado tambi\u00e9n que el consistorio i<strong>niciar\u00e1 un expediente<\/strong>\u00a0para solicitar un informe a la direcci\u00f3n facultativa que determine si los retrasos en la puesta en marcha del estacionamiento han sido justificados, con el fin de evaluar posibles acciones administrativas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado,<strong>\u00a0la plantaci\u00f3n del jard\u00edn<\/strong>\u00a0en la plaza ha sido pospuesta hasta el 15 de septiembre para garantizar la supervivencia de las especies vegetales, coincidiendo con una bajada en las temperaturas tras las altas temperaturas registradas en este verano.
