Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado que <strong>La Publicaci\u00f3 anunci\u00f3 la llegada de las Fiestas de Moros y Cristianos de Cocentaina<\/strong> el pasado s\u00e1bado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este lunes 30 de junio\u00a0<strong>marcar\u00e1 la conclusi\u00f3n oficial de las obras para reformar La Rosaleda<\/strong>\u00a0 cumpliendo as\u00ed la sentencia del TSJCV que declar\u00f3 ilegal la plaza , una infraestructura que ha estado en proceso de ejecuci\u00f3n desde principios del a\u00f1o 2024. La Uni\u00f3n Temporal de Empresas (UTE) PARKING ROSALEDA, formada por Guerola y Cyes desde el 18 de febrero, no ha solicitado ninguna pr\u00f3rroga adicional para completar los trabajos, lo que indica que la finalizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista en los plazos establecidos tal y como reiteran desde el\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 su gerente,\u00a0<strong>la obra ha avanzado en un 89,78 %, tal y como refleja la certificaci\u00f3n n\u00famero 17 fechada el 30 de mayo<\/strong>. Las\u00a0<strong>tareas pendientes<\/strong>\u00a0incluyen principalmente el relleno con tierras, la construcci\u00f3n de caminos internos y la plantaci\u00f3n del arbolado. Ahora, el mismo Consistorio estudia si posponer la plantaci\u00f3n de la vegetaci\u00f3n a septiembre y se va a priorizar la apertura del aparcamiento \u201cl<em>os retrasos en la intervenci\u00f3n han sido principalmente debido a problemas relacionados con el mantenimiento y sustituci\u00f3n de instalaciones para garantizar la seguridad del espacio. Siempre se ha priorizado la finalizaci\u00f3n del aparcamiento frente a otros aspectos est\u00e9ticos o complementarios en la plaza<\/em>\u201c, apunta la concejala de Urbanismo;\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que durante el proceso constructivo,\u00a0<strong>se han concedido tres pr\u00f3rrogas avaladas por informes t\u00e9cnicos municipales<\/strong>. Estas fueron justificadas principalmente por problemas derivados del mantenimiento deficiente y la sustituci\u00f3n de instalaciones que correspond\u00eda realizar a la concesionaria del aparcamiento, Enrique Ortiz e Hijos SA y Auplasa. Adem\u00e1s, las obras se vieron afectadas por las lluvias de finales del verano del pasado a\u00f1o y paralizaron parcialmente los trabajos durante el forjado de la cubierta.
