Tambi\u00e9n hemos recordado que <strong>Rub\u00e9n Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, del PSPV, es el <strong>nuevo alcalde de Cocentaina<\/strong> tras materializarse el pasado s\u00e1bado el relevo en la alcald\u00eda entre los socialistas y Comprom\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tal y como estaba previsto,\u00a0<strong>el pasado s\u00e1bado 14 de junio\u00a0<\/strong>tuvo lugar\u00a0el relevo en la\u00a0<strong>alcald\u00eda de\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cocentaina.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cocentaina<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0entre\u00a0<strong>Comprom\u00eds y el Partido Socialista<\/strong>. Fue en el transcurso de\u00a0<strong>una sesi\u00f3n plenaria con car\u00e1cter extraordinario<\/strong>\u00a0que tuvo lugar a partir de las 10:00h de la ma\u00f1ana en un sal\u00f3n de plenos del consistorio completamente abarrotado de p\u00fablico. Adem\u00e1s\u00a0<strong>l\u00edderes y representantes de ambas formaciones<\/strong>, tanto de estas comarcas como de otras administraciones superiores como la provincial o la auton\u00f3mica, quisieron estar presentes para arropar tanto al primer edil saliente como al entrante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sesi\u00f3n arranc\u00f3 con\u00a0<strong>la renuncia de Jordi Pla<\/strong>, alcalde desde 2023 hasta el s\u00e1bado, que en su intervenci\u00f3n desgran\u00f3 buena parte de los proyectos logrados desde el inicio de la legislatura. Por \u00faltimo, y visiblemente emocionado,\u00a0<strong>agradeci\u00f3 todas las muestras de apoyo<\/strong>\u00a0recibidas a lo largo de este tiempo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>se vot\u00f3 la elecci\u00f3n del nuevo alcalde<\/strong>, recibiendo diez apoyos sumados de los cinco concejales que tiene el PSPV y de los otros cinco con los que cuenta Comprom\u00eds.\u00a0<strong>VOX<\/strong>\u00a0se vot\u00f3 a si mismo, a la portavoz Victoria Fern\u00e1ndez, y el PP respald\u00f3\u00a0 a su l\u00edder Borja Jornet con un total de seis sufragios. Ambos partidos\u00a0<strong>fueron cr\u00edticos con el relevo en la alcald\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0y manifestaron que tan solo era un cambio de caras entre los l\u00edderes de PSPV y Comprom\u00eds puesto que iban a seguir cobrando lo mismo. Inmediatamente despu\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Rub\u00e9n Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, hasta ahora primer teniente de alcalde y portavoz del Partido Socialista,\u00a0<strong>se convirti\u00f3 en alcalde de la capital del Comtat<\/strong>\u00a0recibiendo la vara de mando de su predecesor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sus\u00a0<strong>primeras palabras<\/strong>\u00a0fueron tambi\u00e9n de agradecimiento, a Jordi Pla y a Comprom\u00eds, y a continuaci\u00f3n expres\u00f3 la hoja de ruta que quiere seguir en los dos a\u00f1os en los que liderar\u00e1 el ejecutivo municipal contestano hasta que lleguen las pr\u00f3ximas Elecciones Municipales de 2027.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una\u00a0<strong>foto de familia<\/strong>, de toda la Corporaci\u00f3n Municipal y del equipo de gobierno, puso fin al pleno.
