El consistorio <strong>ha invertido en la optimizaci\u00f3n del mismo<\/strong> realizando tareas como la adquisici\u00f3n de nuevas estanter\u00edas, la ordenaci\u00f3n y unificaci\u00f3n de materiales, su catalogaci\u00f3n y la revisi\u00f3n del estado f\u00edsico de los documentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas acciones <strong>forman parte de una estrategia iniciada en 2023<\/strong>, coincidiendo con el comienzo de la legislatura, que busca reorganizar y fortalecer este recurso clave para la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica &#8220;l<em>a mejora del archivo administrativo es imprescindible para garantizar una gesti\u00f3n \u00e1gil, correcta y transparente<\/em>&#8220;. Durante a\u00f1o y medio, <strong>se ha trabajado intensamente en clasificar, ordenar y unificar documentaci\u00f3n administrativa<\/strong> <strong>menor de 25 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, ubicada en archivos intermedios y oficinas. Este trabajo ha permitido reagrupar documentaci\u00f3n dispersa entre departamentos, optimizar espacios y facilitar el acceso a expedientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una parte importante del proyecto ha sido <strong>la mejora del archivo ubicado en el segundo piso del edificio del Arxiu l\u2019Arpella<\/strong>, donde se han unificado las condiciones de conservaci\u00f3n y accesibilidad. Adem\u00e1s, se ha convocado por primera vez una plaza de archivero\/a municipal para dotar al servicio de una figura profesional estable que pueda consolidar estos avances &#8220;<em>todo lo que hace la administraci\u00f3n debe dejar rastro, ser rastreable y consultable tanto por las personas afectadas como por futuras investigadoras e investigadores<\/em>&#8220;, concluye Silvestre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El impulso a este proyecto tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con <strong>la colaboraci\u00f3n activa de dos alumnos del Taller de Empleo de Muro, Georgeta Mijoiu e Izan N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong>. Ambos participaron <strong>durante cuatro meses<\/strong> en tareas como traslado, limpieza, clasificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de expedientes, especialmente en urbanismo, y valoraron muy positivamente la experiencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ayuntamiento de Muro ha llevado a cabo varias acciones para poner en valor su archivo municipal.
