{"id":15278,"date":"2015-08-27T20:01:32","date_gmt":"2015-08-27T20:01:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=15278"},"modified":"2015-08-27T20:02:00","modified_gmt":"2015-08-27T20:02:00","slug":"los-trabajadores-de-panaderia-mariel-inician-una-huelga-indefinida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/los-trabajadores-de-panaderia-mariel-inician-una-huelga-indefinida\/","title":{"rendered":"Los trabajadores de Panader\u00eda Mariel inician una huelga indefinida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los empleados de las Panader\u00edas Mariel, implantadas en Ibi y Alcoy y varios municipios de la comarca como Cocentaina o Muro, han denunciado el impago de cuatro n\u00f3minas y por ello llevan desde el pasado diez de agosto en huelga indefinida a la espera de conseguir una soluci\u00f3n a esta cuesti\u00f3n que tambi\u00e9n les impide recibir una prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo. Los 22 trabajadores han parado la producci\u00f3n y la venta en los diferentes establecimientos del Comtat y l\u00b4 Alcoi\u00e0 al mismo tiempo que han decidido no regresar a sus puestos de trabajo hasta que la empresa, en proceso de extinci\u00f3n, no les abone lo que les adeuda. Una de las portavoces de la plantilla ha asegurado a Cope Alcoy que su demanda se centra ahora en que se extingan los contratos y en cobrar al menos dos salarios correspondientes a los dos \u00faltimos meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay que recordar que Panader\u00edas Mariel fue adquirida en octubre del 2013 por el Grupo Inversor GV el cual ya ha recibido numerosas denuncias, aparecidas en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n nacionales, por actuar como liquidador y\u00a0adquirir empresas que atraviesan problemas econ\u00f3micos con el objetivo de hacerse con sus activos sin llegar nunca a reflotarlas.
