Tambi\u00e9n hemos comentado que <strong>las obras de La Rosaleda<\/strong> de Alcoy acabar\u00e1n m\u00e1s tarde de lo que estaba previsto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0ha aprobado\u00a0<strong>una tercera ampliaci\u00f3n del plazo para la finalizaci\u00f3n de las obras de reforma de la Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n<\/strong>, conocida popularmente como La Rosaleda. Seg\u00fan el nuevo calendario, los trabajos\u00a0<strong>deber\u00e1n estar terminados antes del 30 de junio de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La intervenci\u00f3n, con un presupuesto adjudicado de 4.372.809,13 euros (IVA incluido), responde a la necesidad de\u00a0<strong>cumplir con la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Comunidad Valenciana (TSJ)<\/strong>, que declar\u00f3 en su d\u00eda ilegal el proyecto original impulsado por el anterior gobierno municipal del Partido Popular. La reforma actual\u00a0<strong>contempla<\/strong>\u00a0la creaci\u00f3n de un jard\u00edn con una capa de 80 cent\u00edmetros de tierra vegetal y arbolado, tal como exige la resoluci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<strong>incremento en las cargas estructurales<\/strong>\u00a0ha obligado a realizar mejoras en la cimentaci\u00f3n y estructura del recinto, adem\u00e1s de optimizar la urbanizaci\u00f3n para hacerla m\u00e1s accesible, verde y agradable para los vecinos. Seg\u00fan el informe t\u00e9cnico emitido por el Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos del Ayuntamiento, coordinador responsable del proyecto,\u00a0<strong>las causas principales del retraso<\/strong>\u00a0son problemas derivados de empresas subcontratadas afectadas por las inundaciones provocadas por DANA y filtraciones ocasionadas por las lluvias recientes \u201cl<em>os informes t\u00e9cnicos avalan esta nueva ampliaci\u00f3n en los plazos. Somos conscientes de que puede causar molestias a los vecinos, pero nuestra prioridad es garantizar que la Rosaleda se ejecute correctamente y cumpla con todos los requisitos establecidos por la sentencia judicial para recuperar esta zona verde\u201d,\u00a0<\/em>explica la edil de Urbanismo;\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta es ya\u00a0<strong>la tercera pr\u00f3rroga<\/strong>\u00a0concedida al proyecto. La primera se autoriz\u00f3 en septiembre de 2024 por tres meses y medio debido a dificultades como problemas en el acceso a los s\u00f3tanos del edificio, gesti\u00f3n de residuos acumulados y presencia oculta de escombros.
