Tras una primera parte en la que todo apuntaba que no habr\u00eda goles los de Palop se estrenaron en el\u00a0marcador y Yacine anot\u00f3 el primer tanto en el minuto 44 llegando al descanso con victoria blanquiazul. En la segunda parte los locales sacaron su fuerza y Gato consigui\u00f3 marcar igualando el encuentro en el minuto 59. Todo apuntaba a que el partido acabar\u00eda con empate pero en los minutos finales Alfaro se hizo con un bal\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea del Olot superando al meta Wilfred y poniendo en el marcador el 1-2, un resultado que vali\u00f3 para que el Alcoyano se lleve los tres primeros puntos de la temporada a casa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El entrenador del Alcoyano, Andr\u00e9s Palop, valor\u00f3 positivamente el resultado al finalizar el partido y destac\u00f3 que &#8220;la victoria\u00a0ha sido muy sufrida porque sacar este resultado con diez desde el minuto catorce es para valientes\u201d. Por otra parte el t\u00e9cnico insisti\u00f3 en el compromiso del equipo &#8220;resolver una situaci\u00f3n como esta da confianza y tambi\u00e9n car\u00e1cter para seguir creciendo.
