Tambi\u00e9n <strong>hemos destacado novedades sobre la licitaci\u00f3n del nuevo servicio de limpieza viaria de Muro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vilademuro.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Muro<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0ha anunciado que\u00a0<strong>el Tribunal Administrativo Central de Recursos Contractuales<\/strong>\u00a0ha fallado a su favor en relaci\u00f3n a\u00a0<strong>las alegaciones presentadas por dos grupos municipales de la Corporaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0sobre\u00a0<strong>los pliegos de contrataci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0para los servicios de limpieza viaria y el desbroce de zonas verdes. La resoluci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan informan desde el mismo Consistorio,\u00a0<strong>desestima \u00edntegramente el recurso interpuesto<\/strong>\u00a0y valida las acciones del ente local, permitiendo as\u00ed continuar con el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tribunal ha subrayado\u00a0<strong>la falta de fundamento en las alegaciones de los recurrentes<\/strong>, afirmando que no exist\u00edan bases suficientes para paralizar el procedimiento. Esta decisi\u00f3n judicial, reiteran desde el gobierno local, refuerza la legalidad y transparencia del proceso administrativo llevado a cabo por el Ayuntamiento\u00a0\u00ab<em>esperamos que esta rotunda resoluci\u00f3n ponga fin a un intento de obstaculizar la gesti\u00f3n municipal\u00bb,\u00a0<\/em>afirma el alcalde;\u00a0<strong>Vicent Molina<\/strong>. Molina tambi\u00e9n agradeci\u00f3 a los funcionarios del Ayuntamiento por\u00a0<strong>su dedicaci\u00f3n en la elaboraci\u00f3n de pliegos<\/strong>\u00a0que son tanto legales como innovadores y beneficiosos para la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con este pronunciamiento,\u00a0<strong>el consistorio podr\u00e1 reanudar inmediatamente la licitaci\u00f3n de servicios esenciales<\/strong>, lo que incluye un incremento en el personal encargado de la limpieza viaria. El gobierno local\u00a0<strong>considera prioritario<\/strong>\u00a0mejorar las condiciones laborales del personal y optimizar el servicio prestado a los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que el pasado mes de marzo, el Ayuntamiento murero\u00a0<strong>aprob\u00f3 el nuevo contrato\u00a0 para la gesti\u00f3n de la recogida y transporte de residuos s\u00f3lidos urbano<\/strong>s, con un coste de aproximadamente 6,9 millones de euros. Este contrato, considerado uno de los m\u00e1s importantes del municipio, tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de quince a\u00f1os y una inversi\u00f3n anual cercana a los 465.000 euros. Se incluir\u00e1n,\u00a0<strong>entre otras cuestiones<\/strong>, nuevos veh\u00edculos y contenedores, as\u00ed como servicios especiales para grandes productores y campa\u00f1as informativas sobre reciclaje.
