Tambi\u00e9n hemos comentado <strong>el singular proyecto que impulsa el Campus de Alcoy de la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/otros\/como-llegar-upv\/campus-alcoy\/index-es.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Campus de Alcoy de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia (UPV)<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0se posiciona\u00a0<strong>a la vanguardia de la econom\u00eda circular<\/strong>\u00a0con su liderazgo en el proyecto europeo CircSyst, que\u00a0<strong>busca maximizar el aprovechamiento de los residuos generados en la producci\u00f3n de cerveza<\/strong>. Este ambicioso proyecto, financiado por Horizonte Europa y coordinado por el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Producto Infantil y Ocio (AIJU),\u00a0<strong>re\u00fane a 32 entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas de ocho pa\u00edses europeos<\/strong>, incluyendo Espa\u00f1a, B\u00e9lgica y Finlandia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CircSyst, con un presupuesto total de m\u00e1s de 10 millones de euros y una duraci\u00f3n de 36 meses,\u00a0<strong>tiene como objetivo acelerar la transici\u00f3n hacia una econom\u00eda circular<\/strong>\u00a0mediante el desarrollo y escalado de soluciones replicables en toda Europa. El proyecto<strong>\u00a0se centra en tres cadenas de valor clave<\/strong>: gesti\u00f3n del agua, valorizaci\u00f3n de biorresiduos y reducci\u00f3n de residuos pl\u00e1sticos y envases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los enfoques m\u00e1s innovadores del proyecto\u00a0<strong>es la valorizaci\u00f3n del bagazo generado durante el triturado del grano de cebada<\/strong>. Este residuo\u00a0<strong>podr\u00eda transformarse<\/strong>\u00a0en ingredientes para alimentos, suplementos nutricionales, piensos para animales e incluso en materiales para la industria cosm\u00e9tica o como refuerzo en pl\u00e1sticos para fabricar sillas y palets seg\u00fan explican desde el mismo Campus alcoyano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bajo la direcci\u00f3n del investigador\u00a0<strong>N\u00e9stor Monta\u00f1\u00e9s Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, un equipo multidisciplinar\u00a0<strong>est\u00e1 trabajando arduamente<\/strong>\u00a0para implementar soluciones que ser\u00e1n validadas en nueve demostradores ubicados en regiones comprometidas con la econom\u00eda circular. Con esta iniciativa,\u00a0<strong>la UPV no solo refuerza su compromiso con la sostenibilidad<\/strong>, sino que tambi\u00e9n abre nuevas oportunidades econ\u00f3micas al transformar residuos en recursos valiosos. El proyecto incluye a Juan L\u00f3pez Mart\u00ednez, Mar\u00eda Dolores Samper Madrigal, Daniel Garc\u00eda Garc\u00eda, Rafael Antonio Balart Gimeno, Santiago Ferr\u00e1ndiz Bou, Jos\u00e9 Enrique Crespo Amor\u00f3s, Luis Jes\u00fas Quiles Carrillo, Pablo Jorge Carbonell Cort\u00e9s, Cristina Paola Pav\u00f3n Vargas, Jaume G\u00f3mez Caturla y Francisco Jos\u00e9 Parres Garc\u00eda.
