Tambi\u00e9n hemos comentado que <strong>Muro ha trasladado al S\u00edndic de Greuges sus avances en trasparencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"219\" data-end=\"729\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vilademuro.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ayuntamiento de Muro<\/span><\/strong><\/a> ha dado un paso adelante en materia de transparencia y acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, <strong>alcanzando un cumplimiento de m\u00e1s del 97% respecto a la Ley Estatal de Transparencia<\/strong>. Desde 2023, momento en que se realiz\u00f3 la primera auditor\u00eda que evidenci\u00f3 un cumplimiento del 19%, el consistorio ha trabajado intensamente para garantizar la m\u00e1xima accesibilidad y claridad en la gesti\u00f3n municipal. Actualmente, <strong>solo quedan por incorporar algunos documentos t\u00e9cnicos en elaboraci\u00f3n para alcanzar el 100%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"1025\">El alcalde, <strong>Vicent Molina<\/strong>, ha destacado que \u201c<em>se ha trabajado para garantizar a las mureras y mureros el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n desde el primer momento. La democracia no es solo votar cada cuatro a\u00f1os, sino tambi\u00e9n poder fiscalizar las administraciones y conocer el d\u00eda a d\u00eda del Ayuntamiento<\/em>\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1623\">La Sindicatura de Greuges ha podido constatar este esfuerzo y<strong> se han establecido estrategias t\u00e9cnicas para continuar mejorando en el cumplimiento de los objetivos municipales<\/strong>. En este sentido, el concejal de Participaci\u00f3n, <strong>Sergi Silvestre<\/strong>, ha expresado su satisfacci\u00f3n: \u201c<em>cuando hay un objetivo claro y se trabaja con coraz\u00f3n y alma, los resultados llegan. Pasar de una gesti\u00f3n opaca a una de paredes de cristal ha sido un reto, pero tambi\u00e9n una demostraci\u00f3n de compromiso con la Transparencia. Hemos pasado de menos del 20% a casi el 100% en poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, y ahora queremos ir a\u00fan m\u00e1s all\u00e1<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"2673\">El Ayuntamiento de Muro no se conforma con el cumplimiento legal y <strong>est\u00e1 trabajando con un est\u00e1ndar m\u00e1s exigente<\/strong>, impulsado por la Universidad de Barcelona a trav\u00e9s de\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.infoparticipa.info\/\">la metodolog\u00eda Mapa Infoparticipa<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. Esta herramienta, que eval\u00faa la calidad y profundidad de la transparencia, reflejaba un 30% de cumplimiento en 2023, mientras que actualmente el Ayuntamiento ya ha alcanzado el 75%. El citado modelo es m\u00e1s riguroso que las normativas estatal y auton\u00f3mica y analiza aspectos que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los requisitos legales. Desde el equipo t\u00e9cnico encargado de poner en marcha esta metodolog\u00eda y auditar el cumplimiento de las leyes de Transparencia se ha se\u00f1alado que \u201c<em>se ha trabajado a marchas forzadas para conseguir estos altos niveles de cumplimiento en tan poco tiempo<\/em>\u201d. En cuanto a los ayuntamientos, la Ley auton\u00f3mica de Transparencia no es de cumplimiento obligatorio, sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n se ha pasado de <strong>un escaso porcentaje de respeto a un 80% de cumplimiento<\/strong>, porque la voluntad municipal es en todo momento no quedarse solo con lo obligatorio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2675\" data-end=\"3107\">El compromiso municipal tambi\u00e9n <strong>se ha traducido en el reconocimiento del CEU<\/strong>, miembro de la red universitaria Mapa Infoparticipa, que en 2024 otorg\u00f3 a Muro una menci\u00f3n especial en materia de transparencia por el importante avance logrado en pocos meses.
