La petici\u00f3n centr\u00f3 ayer el acto de entrega de los Premios Empresariales de AITEX.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La\u00a0<strong>reivindicaci\u00f3n de nuevo suelo industrial en el t\u00e9rmino municipal de Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0fue\u00a0<strong>uno de los aspectos destacados<\/strong>\u00a0de la gala de entrega de los Premios Empresariales de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aitex.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>AITEX<\/strong><\/span><\/a> 2024. El presidente del instituto del textil y de la cosm\u00e9tica defendi\u00f3, en su intervenci\u00f3n,<strong>\u00a0la necesidad de que se agilicen los tr\u00e1mites para hacerlo posible<\/strong>\u00a0haciendo un llamamiento a los representantes de las diferentes instituciones que asistieron al acto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le\u00f3n Grau<\/strong>\u00a0se\u00f1al\u00f3 que\u00a0<strong>la falta de suelo de suelo industrial es uno de los principales problemas que sufre ahora mismo nuestra ciudad<\/strong>\u00a0y destac\u00f3 que la soluci\u00f3n al mismo se ha dilatado en el tiempo. Fue\u00a0<strong>claro y contundente<\/strong>\u00a0a la hora de hacer una radiograf\u00eda \u00ab<em>muchas empresas, cuyos responsables son de Alcoy, se han visto obligadas a marcharse a otro sitio porque aqu\u00ed no hay m\u00e1s espacio. Nos estamos jugando el futuro como ciudad<\/em>\u00ab, indic\u00f3. Grau pidi\u00f3 a las instituciones, especialmente el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy,\u00a0<strong>que se agilicen todos los tr\u00e1mites<\/strong>\u00a0para dotar a nuestro t\u00e9rmino industrial de suelo de calidad \u00ab<em>hay consenso, por lo tanto, \u00bfa qu\u00e9 estamos esperando?. Los tiempos en la administraci\u00f3n son diferentes a los de la vida real pero en este caso los tenemos que acortar. Necesitamos poner el acelerador y tener algo concreto en el plazo de cinco a\u00f1os<\/em>\u00ab, matiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayuntamiento y Generalitat Valenciana\u00a0<strong>recogieron el guante<\/strong>. El alcalde de la ciudad reconoc\u00eda tras el acto que\u00a0<strong>estamos ante un gran reto<\/strong>\u00a0y tend\u00eda la mano \u00ab<em>es algo en lo que todos tenemos que ir juntos para alcanzar un objetivo. Tenemos un gran reto como ciudad, pero tambi\u00e9n como comarca, porque carecemos de una zona de desarrollo industrial cuando somos una de las \u00e1reas industriales m\u00e1s importantes de la Comunitat Valenciana<\/em>\u00ab, expres\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>. Desde el Consell indicaron que\u00a0<strong>se sigue avanzando en atender la demanda que ahora mismo plantea Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>la Comunidad Valenciana est\u00e1 en un momento dulce de atracci\u00f3n de inversiones, para el desarrollo industrial, y no se podr\u00eda entender que Alcoy quedara fuera de este escenario. Pronto comenzar\u00e1 a funcionar la Mesa de la Industria donde, entre otras cosas, se analizar\u00e1n las posibilidades que plantean estas comarcas para ese desarrollo en materia industrial. Es muy necesario, y m\u00e1s cuando venimos de ocho a\u00f1os, de Govern del Bot\u00e0nic, en los que no se ha hecho nada<\/em>\u00ab, concluy\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Felipe Carrasco<\/strong>; secretario auton\u00f3mico de Industria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que en Alcoy\u00a0<strong>la opci\u00f3n con m\u00e1s posibilidades en estos momentos para la expansi\u00f3n industrial es la zona de La Canal Sur<\/strong>, punto considerado viable en los informes que en su momento encarg\u00f3 la C\u00e1mara de Comercio dentro de las tareas para buscar suelo en condiciones. La propuesta cuenta con el rechazo de los ecologistas y partidos como Guanyar Alcoi mientras que el PP, desde el primer momento, se ha mostrado partidario de materializar la expansi\u00f3n empresarial de la ciudad en esta zona.
