Tambi\u00e9n <strong>nos hemos hecho eco de la situaci\u00f3n en la que se encuentra la oficina de Correos de Alcoy\u00a0<\/strong>ante la falta de personal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los trabajadores y trabajadoras\u00a0<strong>de\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.correosoficinas.es\/piscinas\/oficina-0380003-alcoy-alcoi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la\u00a0oficina de Correos de Alcoy<\/a><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u00a0<\/span>han decidido llevar a cabo un almuerzo concentraci\u00f3n este viernes 21 de febrero a las 9:00 horas, frente a la puerta principal del edificio. Esta acci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>se enmarca en una protesta contra la falta de personal<\/strong>\u00a0que, seg\u00fan denuncian desde el Sindicato UGT, est\u00e1 afectando a la citada oficina de Alcoy con consecuencias en el funcionamiento de la misma e incluso en el servicio que se ofrece a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente,\u00a0<strong>la oficina de Alcoy cuenta con solo 17 carteros activos<\/strong>, muy por debajo de los 32 que conforman su plantilla estructural. Esta escasez de recursos humanos ha derivado en\u00a0<strong>un notable deterioro del servicio postal en Alcoy<\/strong>, con acumulaciones alarmantes de correspondencia. En estos momentos, hay alrededor de 4.500 notificaciones y 14.000 cartas ordinarias pendientes de entrega \u00ab<em>lo que ha generado retrasos significativos en la llegada de citaciones y plazos importantes para los ciudadanos<\/em>\u00ab, explicaba en COPE ALCOY\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Rico<\/strong>; delegado de Personal de UGT-Serveis P\u00fablics Sector Postal<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los trabajadores han se\u00f1alado que\u00a0<strong>muchas zonas de Alcoy solo reciben el servicio una vez a la semana<\/strong>, lo que es insuficiente para atender las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n. La situaci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>se ha visto agravada<\/strong>\u00a0por varias jubilaciones en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, incluyendo dos en el \u00faltimo mes, sin que la Direcci\u00f3n de Correos haya tomado medidas para cubrir estas ausencias mediante procesos internos o sustituciones temporales. La falta de personal no solo afecta la eficiencia del servicio, sino que tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>incrementa el estr\u00e9s y la carga laboral sobre los pocos carteros disponibles<\/strong>. Un claro ejemplo del impacto negativo que esta situaci\u00f3n ha tenido fue durante la pasada campa\u00f1a navide\u00f1a, cuando numerosos paquetes y felicitaciones llegaron a sus destinos con semanas de retraso, \u00ab<em>algo inaceptable para un servicio p\u00fablico que deber\u00eda garantizar calidad y puntualidad<\/em>\u00ab, apuntan desde UGT.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esta concentraci\u00f3n, l<strong>os empleados buscan llamar la atenci\u00f3n sobre su situaci\u00f3n y exigir a la Direcci\u00f3n de Correos que tome medidas inmediatas<\/strong>\u00a0para contratar m\u00e1s personal y as\u00ed mejorar el servicio postal en Alcoy.
