Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de <strong>la importancia de prestar atenci\u00f3n a la salud mental<\/strong> en colegios e institutos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De\u00a0<b>ser tab\u00fa a ser considerado una realidad.\u00a0<\/b>El\u00a0<strong>cuidado de<\/strong><b>\u00a0la salud mental e<\/b>st\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s normalizado entre todos los sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n. Especialmente, entre\u00a0<strong>los m\u00e1s\u00a0j\u00f3venes<\/strong>. Son, tambi\u00e9n, los que atraviesan\u00a0<strong>situaciones m\u00e1s complicadas<\/strong>. Y es que\u00a0<b>casi el 60 % de los j\u00f3venes entre los 15 y 30 a\u00f1os<\/b>\u00a0ha tenido\u00a0alg\u00fan problema relacionado de este tipo\u00a0en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o. Datos que\u00a0<b>han ido cambiando a ra\u00edz de la pandemia,<\/b>\u00a0cuando muchas personas se encontraron con una soledad no deseada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los expertos aseguran que<strong>\u00a0la salud mental est\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s sobre la mesa<\/strong>\u00a0y se\u00f1alan que tanto la prevenci\u00f3n como las estrategias comienzan a ser ya una realidad desde la infancia a trav\u00e9s de las escuelas. Todo ello de la mano de programas espec\u00edficos y ense\u00f1ando habilidades socioemocionales para prevenir s\u00edntomas de ansiedad o depresi\u00f3n \u00ab<em>antes de que se hagan m\u00e1s importantes<\/em>\u00ab, explicaba en COPE ALCOY\u00a0<strong>Carles Bravo<\/strong>; psic\u00f3logo en Cl\u00ednica Mariola.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bravo pone en valor\u00a0<strong>el importante trabajo que se est\u00e1 realizando en los centros educativos<\/strong>\u00a0en esta materia. En este sentido explica que desde los colegios \u00ab<em>se empieza a trabajar en la lucha contra este estigma. Se intenta comprender y dar apoyo a los j\u00f3venes. En una situaci\u00f3n as\u00ed muchos no saben muy bien lo qu\u00e9 les pasa, c\u00f3mo gestionarlo, se sienten avergonzados por pasar por un estado de ansiedad<\/em>\u00bb, explica el psic\u00f3logo. Carles Bravo tambi\u00e9n pone el acento en el<strong>\u00a0incremento de los intentos de suicidio<\/strong>\u00a0entre los adolescentes y pone el acento en una importante palabra. La prevenci\u00f3n:\u00a0<em>\u201cel suicidio se puede prevenir. La prevenci\u00f3n conlleva generar conciencia, porque a\u00fan existe mucho estigma, muchos prejuicios. Es una barrera para que la gente pida ayuda o verbalice la situaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 padeciendo\u00bb<\/em>, concluye.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con dados del\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ine.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica<\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>del a\u00f1o<strong>\u00a02.024, se suicidaron durante el primer semestre 174 personas entre los 15 y los 29 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.
