Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado <strong>la condena a un empresario de nuestras comarcas<\/strong> por tener trabajadores en situaci\u00f3n irregular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mjusticia.gob.es\/BUSCADIR\/ServletControlador?apartado=buscadorMunicipioDesdeListado&amp;municipio=03014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Audiencia Provincial\u00a0 de Alicante<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0ha condenado a un empresario de Muro a\u00a0<strong>seis meses de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0por un delito contra la Seguridad Social, tras descubrir que\u00a0<strong>ten\u00eda al menos diez trabajadores sin contrato y no dados de alta en su nave de reciclaje de ropa usada<\/strong>. La sentencia, seg\u00fan recoge el Diario Informaci\u00f3n, se basa en una inspecci\u00f3n realizada el 20 de noviembre de 2019 por la Polic\u00eda Nacional y la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la visita sorpresa, varios trabajadores\u00a0<strong>intentaron escapar<\/strong>, lo que llev\u00f3 a los magistrados a concluir que el n\u00famero real de empleados no registrados podr\u00eda ser mayor al identificado. Testigos mencionaron que\u00a0<strong>entre veinte y treinta personas<\/strong>\u00a0podr\u00edan estar trabajando en las instalaciones de la firma. A pesar de las afirmaciones del empresario, quien aleg\u00f3 que los identificados eran clientes y no empleados,\u00a0<strong>los magistrados desestimaron su versi\u00f3n<\/strong>. Posteriormente, algunos trabajadores identificados durante la inspecci\u00f3n se presentaron como acusaci\u00f3n particular en el juicio,\u00a0<strong>testificando que estaban trabajando sin estar dados de alta en la Seguridad Social y en situaci\u00f3n irregular en el pa\u00eds<\/strong>. Las acusaciones ped\u00edan entre tres y cuatro a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel, pero la sentencia aplica un atenuante por \u2018dilaciones indebidas\u2019, ya que los hechos han tardado cerca de cinco a\u00f1os en ser juzgados. La sentencia de la Secci\u00f3n D\u00e9cima no es firme y contra ella\u00a0<strong>cabe posibilidad de recurso<\/strong>\u00a0ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Rescate de una yegua en Xixona<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, el pasado 2 de febrero, un equipo del\u00a0<strong>Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos de Alicante<\/strong>\u00a0llev\u00f3 a cabo\u00a0<strong>un complicado rescate<\/strong>\u00a0en la localidad de Xixona, donde\u00a0<strong>una yegua embarazada cay\u00f3 en un foso<\/strong>\u00a0de tres metros de profundidad tras un desprendimiento del suelo.
