Tambi\u00e9n hemos hecho referencia al caso por <strong>los sobrecostes en el Teatro Calder\u00f3n<\/strong> de nuestra ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante los \u00faltimos d\u00edas ha trascendido la noticia de que\u00a0<strong>la Fiscal\u00eda de Alicante ha pedido el sobreseimiento provisional<\/strong>\u00a0del caso relacionado con\u00a0<strong>los sobrecostes en las obras ejecutadas a principios de la d\u00e9cada del dos mil<\/strong>\u00a0para la reforma del\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/teatrecalderon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Teatro Calder\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0de nuestra ciudad. La decisi\u00f3n, seg\u00fan la misma Fiscal\u00eda, viene justificada\u00a0<strong>porque no existen suficientes pruebas<\/strong>\u00a0que determinen que hubo delitos de falsedad documental y estafa por parte de la empresa del constructor Enrique Ortiz, que ejecut\u00f3 el proyecto, y un t\u00e9cnico municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras conocerse este nuevo contexto,\u00a0<strong>el gobierno local<\/strong>\u00a0manifest\u00f3 que no iba a seguir adelante con la causa aunque manifestaba su\u00a0<em>\u00abdecepci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0porque, seg\u00fan se\u00f1alan, existen hasta \u00ab<em>tres informes periciales que certificaron que si que hubo un sobrecoste en el citado proyecto\u00bb<\/em>. Ahora ha sido el <strong>Partido Popular de Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0el que ha salido al paso para mostrar su satisfacci\u00f3n al haber quedado demostrado, seg\u00fan han se\u00f1alado, que todo se hizo con absoluta normalidad \u00ab<em>no hubo ninguna irregularidad y al final esto ha sido un ataque constante al PP para tratar de sacar r\u00e9dito pol\u00edtico<\/em>\u00ab, ha explicado este mediod\u00eda en COPE ALCOY el portavoz popular;\u00a0<strong>Carlos Pastor<\/strong>. Para el l\u00edder del PP en la ciudad el periplo judicial que se ha llevado a cabo con el asunto del Calder\u00f3n \u00ab<em>ha sido un aut\u00e9ntico reguero de derrotas para el gobierno de Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/em>\u00bb al mismo tiempo que\u00a0<strong>ha pedido responsabilidades<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>deben de pedir perd\u00f3n por el acoso hecho al Partido Popular y creemos que la edil Lorena Zamorano, que ha abanderado todo esto, deber\u00eda de dimitir o ser cesada por el alcalde<\/em>\u00ab, a\u00f1ade. Por \u00faltimo\u00a0<strong>Carlos Pastor ha aclarado que la reforma del Calder\u00f3n si que acab\u00f3 incrementando su coste<\/strong>,\u00a0 un mill\u00f3n de euros m\u00e1s, pero todo justificado y nada hecho de forma ilegal \u00ab<em>se contaba con todos los informes favorables de los t\u00e9cnicos municipales y no hubo nada fuera de lo normal, as\u00ed ha quedado demostrado<\/em>\u00ab, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordar que con el cambio de gobierno local en la ciudad, tras las Elecciones Municipales de 2011;\u00a0<strong>el Partido Socialista llev\u00f3 la reforma del Teatro Calder\u00f3n al juzgado<\/strong>\u00a0contando con unos informes periciales que certificaban\u00a0<strong>sobrecostes de un mill\u00f3n de euros<\/strong>\u00a0en la actuaci\u00f3n ejecutada. El caso finalmente se cierra al entender el Fiscal que\u00a0<strong>no se puede probar<\/strong>\u00a0si los sobrecostes que hubo fueron por cumplir los plazos de ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto, necesidades que iban presentando las obras a medida que avanzaban o acciones voluntarias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy viernes hemos recordado que ayer se celebr\u00f3 la Asamblea General de la Asociaci\u00f3n de San Jorge.
