Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado <strong>cuestiones referidas al Plan General<\/strong> de nuestra ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El nuevo\u00a0<strong>Plan General de Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0va camino de ser una realidad,\u00a0<strong>tras d\u00e9cadas de reivindicaciones<\/strong>\u00a0de sectores clave como el empresarial, y despu\u00e9s de que el Pleno del\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<strong>ratificase en el a\u00f1o 2019<\/strong>\u00a0el documento. Este \u00faltimo\u00a0<strong>se encontraba ahora en manos de la Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong>, para su correspondiente evaluaci\u00f3n, y a finales de 2024 el ejecutivo auton\u00f3mico dio luz verde a la Declaraci\u00f3n Ambiental y Territorial Estrat\u00e9gica (DATE).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta forma,\u00a0<strong>la futura planificaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica de Alcoy cuenta ya con el aval correspondiente<\/strong>\u00a0desde el punto de vista medioambiental, algo que el gobierno local de la ciudad califica como\u00a0<em>\u00abuna muy buena noticia<\/em>\u00bb tal y como aseguraban el viernes el alcalde, Toni Franc\u00e9s, y la concejala de Urbanismo,\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>. El primer edil ha explicado que\u00a0<strong>el nuevo Plan General apuesta por un modelo de ciudad compacta<\/strong>\u00a0y ha detallado que p<strong>rev\u00e9 un mill\u00f3n de metros cuadrados urbanizables<\/strong>. De estos, seg\u00fan ha afirmado Franc\u00e9s,\u00a0<strong>200.000 ser\u00edan para terciario<\/strong>\u00a0en la entrada sur a Alcoy y el Viaducto, con la posibilidad de construir un nuevo vial en este punto desde El Rebolcat y pasando por el recinto ferial, y\u00a0<strong>700.000 para uso industrial<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>en la Zona de Pagos y para completar las \u00e1reas de Santiago Pay\u00e0-Beniata y Sant Benet<\/em>\u00ab, matiz\u00f3. Quedar\u00eda fuera la expansi\u00f3n industrial en Alcoy Sur puesto que este posible nuevo pol\u00edgono industrial est\u00e1 al margen del citado Plan General \u00ab<em>es una iniciativa que ahora ha empezado a trabajarse y que en el caso de incluirla podr\u00eda demorar m\u00e1s la aprobaci\u00f3n del documento final<\/em>\u00ab, apunt\u00f3 el alcalde al respecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Plan General\u00a0<strong>tambi\u00e9n incorpora las urbanizaciones ya desarrolladas<\/strong>\u00a0pero que no estaban incorporadas como El Baradello, El Sargento, Montesol y El Estepar al igual que la parte ejecutada en Serelles. En esta \u00faltima dejar\u00e1n de ser urbanizables las fases 2 y 3, que nunca se llegaron a construir, y en el citado documento final se prev\u00e9 la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda en el casco urbano y en espacios como por ejemplo la Colonia de Aviaci\u00f3n cuando pase a estar integrada en el barrio de Santa Rosa \u00ab<em>ahora el siguiente paso es definir la parte urban\u00edstica, en la que ya se est\u00e1 trabajando, y en esta nueva fase se tienen que resolver algunas observaciones hechas por la Generalitat como que est\u00e9n garantizados los servicios h\u00eddricos, que en los suelos urbanizables se tengan en cuenta materiales permeables para evitar inundaciones o que las urbanizaciones cuenten con un adecuado sistema para la evacuaci\u00f3n de vertidos\u00bb<\/em>, concluy\u00f3 Molt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez est\u00e9 todo resuelto,\u00a0<strong>la aprobaci\u00f3n definitiva corresponder\u00e1 de nuevo a la Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong>.
