{"id":14507,"date":"2015-07-17T18:11:27","date_gmt":"2015-07-17T18:11:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/copealcoi.es\/new\/?p=14507"},"modified":"2015-07-17T18:45:52","modified_gmt":"2015-07-17T18:45:52","slug":"el-pp-pide-revisar-el-expediente-del-bulevar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pp-pide-revisar-el-expediente-del-bulevar\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP pide revisar el expediente del Bulevar"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"TEXTO_NOTICIA\" class=\"TEXTO_PARRAFO \">\n<p class=\"entradilla\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los populares de Alcoy aseguran que se podr\u00eda haber utilizado la informaci\u00f3n de forma partidista, por eso\u00a0han pedido revisar el expediente del\u00a0 Bulevar despu\u00e9s de la sentencia del Juzgado que obliga a pagar de forma inmediata al Ayuntamiento de Alcoy 4,3 millones\u00a0de euros al grupo de empresas de Enrique Ortiz al haber rescindido el contrato de las obras del Bulevar.\u00a0El portavoz de Partido Popular de Alcoy, Rafa Mir\u00f3, ha afirmado que las informaciones que han aparecido en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n locales\u00a0son confusas. Y ha\u00a0explicado que si la informaci\u00f3n se conoc\u00eda antes de las elecciones municipales, se habr\u00eda utilizado de forma partidista. Seg\u00fan Mir\u00f3 &#8220;Vamos a recopilar toda la informaci\u00f3n para hacer un cronograma de lo sucedido, identificar a todos los responsables de lo sucedido y analizar con detalle todas las decisiones tomadas,\u00a0 con el objetivo de mostrar a los alcoyanos qu\u00e9 ha pasado con este tema&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"entradilla\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El portavoz del Partido Popular ha registrado por escrito la solicitud del expediente del Bulevar para saber desde cuando el Gobierno municipal conoc\u00eda el fallo que le obliga a indemnizar al contratista.
