Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de <strong>los asuntos tratados en el pleno extraordinario del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong> del pasado viernes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado viernes tuvo lugar el \u00faltimo Pleno del a\u00f1o del\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/es\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/a><\/span>,\u00a0<strong>sesi\u00f3n con car\u00e1cter extraordinario<\/strong>\u00a0en la que\u00a0<strong>se aprob\u00f3 el pago de los incrementos correspondientes a los funcionarios<\/strong>\u00a0y contemplados dentro de la carrera profesional horizontal. La propuesta sali\u00f3 adelante, no sin debate previo, debido a que\u00a0<strong>PP y VOX plantearon sus dudas<\/strong>\u00a0al respecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las dos formaciones pol\u00edticas,\u00a0<strong>seg\u00fan expresaron sus respectivos portavoces Carlos Pastor y David Abad<\/strong>, consideraron que se pod\u00eda estar incurriendo en una ilegalidad al no estar aprobados todav\u00eda los Presupuestos Generales del Estado. Tras comprobar que otros Ayuntamientos si que lo hab\u00edan ratificado,\u00a0<strong>VOX<\/strong>\u00a0decidi\u00f3 abstenerse mientras que el\u00a0<strong>PP<\/strong>\u00a0acab\u00f3 votando a favor \u00ab<em>nos gustar\u00eda saber si corresponde al Pleno hacer esta aprobaci\u00f3n votar\u00edamos a favor y si finalmente no es de nuestra competencia pues no dar\u00edamos respaldo<\/em>\u00ab. manifest\u00f3 Pastor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente\u00a0<strong>la propuesta sali\u00f3 adelante con el apoyo del PP y la ratificaci\u00f3n de PSPV, Comprom\u00eds y Guanyar Alcoi<\/strong>. El alcalde,\u00a0<strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, lament\u00f3 la postura de los populares y VOX al mismo tiempo que aclar\u00f3 que si el incremento de los funcionarios se llevaba al Pleno \u00ab<em>era porque as\u00ed se consideraba<\/em>\u00ab, algo que finalmente ratific\u00f3 la secretaria con un informe favorable de tesorer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indicar que durante la sesi\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>se aprob\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n<\/strong>\u00a0la concesi\u00f3n administrativa del uso privativo de la zona verde en el McDonald\u2019s, as\u00ed como la adjudicaci\u00f3n del contrato para la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras del IES Andreu Sempere, proyecto que comenzar\u00e1 a ejecutarse a partir de las primeras semanas de 2025.
