Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de <strong>las previsiones del sector de la hosteler\u00eda de Alcoy<\/strong> de cara a los d\u00edas de Navidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los\u00a0<strong>restaurantes de Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0cuelgan ya el\u00a0<strong>cartel de completo<\/strong>\u00a0de cara a Navidad, ya que a d\u00eda de hoy\u00a0<strong>es pr\u00e1cticamente imposible encontrar alguna mesa libre<\/strong>\u00a0para los d\u00edas grandes de las fechas que se acercan. Las reservas\u00a0<strong>llevan hechas desde hace meses<\/strong>\u00a0y la actividad del sector\u00a0<strong>est\u00e1 a pleno rendimiento<\/strong>\u00a0desde la pasada semana con las cl\u00e1sicas comidas y cenas de empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de este aperitivo navide\u00f1o,\u00a0<strong>ha habido una gran demanda para momentos puntuales<\/strong>\u00a0como la comida del d\u00eda de Nochebuena, que muchos suelen hacer con amigos, o la cl\u00e1sica cena de la noche del 25 de diciembre, que en Alcoy tambi\u00e9n es todo un cl\u00e1sico. De igual forma, es pr\u00e1cticamente imposible encontrar mesa para comer el 31 de diciembre, puesto que ya se ha consolidado celebrar el Fin de A\u00f1o a mediod\u00eda, y el 1 de enero o para fechas puntuales como La Burrita (4 de enero), la Cabalgata (5 de enero) y el D\u00eda de Reyes \u00ab<em>para La Burrita o la misma Cabalgata es ya misi\u00f3n imposible encontrar mesa. Cada a\u00f1o se adelantan m\u00e1s las reservas, porque la gente va con previsi\u00f3n, y estamos muy contentos. Est\u00e1 siendo una campa\u00f1a fuerte y con esta tambi\u00e9n terminamos un 2024 que ha sido de r\u00e9cord para el sector<\/em>\u00bb afirmaba semanas atr\u00e1s en COPE ALCOY;\u00a0<strong>David Sand\u00edn<\/strong>, al frente del conocido\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SantFrancesc52\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Restaurant Sant Francesc, 52<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En relaci\u00f3n a ese buen momento por el que atraviesa el sector, Sand\u00edn se\u00f1ala que durante todo el a\u00f1o\u00a0<strong>la actividad es constante<\/strong>\u00a0en la restauraci\u00f3n aunque indica que son dos los momentos en los que hay mayor volumen de negocio. Tiene claro que la Navidad es el primero de ellos, porque la celebraci\u00f3n se alarga m\u00e1s de un mes, y tras esto destaca primavera \u00ab<em>las Fiestas de Moros y Cristianos son otro bal\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno importante para nuestros establecimientos y una \u00e9poca en la que tambi\u00e9n las reservas se avanzan con el tiempo<\/em>\u00ab, concluye.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al margen de los d\u00edas cl\u00e1sicos,\u00a0<strong>la hosteler\u00eda alcoyana tambi\u00e9n hace su agosto<\/strong>\u00a0en las jornadas situadas entre las fechas se\u00f1aladas de Navidad.
