Tambi\u00e9n <strong>hemos hecho referencia a las obras para la reforma del IES Andreu Sempere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content-wrapper clearfix\">\n<div class=\"entry-content clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<strong>proceso de reforma del Instituto de Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria (IES) Andreu Sempere de\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alcoy<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 en marcha y\u00a0<strong>va a comenzar a materializarse en breve<\/strong>. Durante las vacaciones de Navidad, se organizar\u00e1 el traslado a las ubicaciones temporales que ocupar\u00e1 el centro educativo mientras duren los trabajos permitiendo as\u00ed que los estudiantes\u00a0<strong>comiencen el segundo trimestre<\/strong>\u00a0en los mismos. Cabe destacar que\u00a0<strong>los alumnos de Secundaria<\/strong>\u00a0compartir\u00e1n aulas con los de la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas en horario matutino, mientras que\u00a0<strong>los estudiantes de Bachillerato<\/strong>\u00a0se trasladar\u00e1n al Edificio Viaducto del Campus de Alcoy de la UPV, donde coincidir\u00e1n con los alumnos del CFPA Orosia Silvestre por la tarde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El concejal de Educaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>Alberto Belda<\/strong>, ha subrayado recientemente que ambos espacios educativos\u00a0<strong>ya est\u00e1n equipados con todos los recursos necesarios<\/strong>\u00a0para garantizar una ense\u00f1anza adecuada. En este sentido ha destacado que \u00ab<em>es fundamental asegurar que el alumnado no est\u00e9 en barracones ni en lugares que requieran adaptaciones completas<\/em>\u00ab, dijo. Adem\u00e1s, agradeci\u00f3 la comprensi\u00f3n y paciencia mostrada por las familias, el alumnado y el profesorado\u00a0<strong>ante los retrasos<\/strong>\u00a0sufridos de cara a realizar unas actuaciones que llevan pendientes muchos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La\u00a0<strong>adjudicaci\u00f3n del proyecto<\/strong>\u00a0ha reca\u00eddo en la UTE formada por GESTASER OBRAS Y SERVICIOS, S.L. y CANT\u00d3 OBRAS, S.L., quienes presentaron la mejor oferta econ\u00f3mica. La formalizaci\u00f3n definitiva se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en un Pleno Extraordinario, tras lo cual tendr\u00e1n 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para firmar y hacer efectiva la adjudicaci\u00f3n de la obra de reforma del IES Andreu Sempere tal y como informan desde el Consistorio. El\u00a0<strong>presupuesto total<\/strong>\u00a0asciende a 6.934.737,45 euros IVA incluido y\u00a0<strong>se ejecutar\u00e1 dentro del Pla Edificant<\/strong>\u00a0financiado por la Generalitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se prev\u00e9 que\u00a0<strong>las obras comiencen en febrero<\/strong>\u00a0y tengan un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 14 meses. Este proyecto\u00a0<strong>ha experimentado un notable aumento<\/strong>\u00a0en su presupuesto inicial, pasando de 3,9 millones a 8,3 millones de euros totales. Apuntar que\u00a0anteriormente\u00a0<strong>se excluy\u00f3 a otra empresa que hab\u00eda presentado una oferta m\u00e1s baja<\/strong>\u00a0debido a que esta fue considerada temeraria y no justificada seg\u00fan el informe elaborado por la arquitecta municipal.\u00a0 Adem\u00e1s de la reforma integral prevista inicialmente,\u00a0<strong>el nuevo proyecto incluye demandas adicionales<\/strong>\u00a0como el derribo del pabell\u00f3n del gimnasio existente y la construcci\u00f3n de una nueva nave con un frontal completamente acristalado.
