Tambi\u00e9n hemos recordado que <strong>ya est\u00e1 en marcha la fase de votaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en los Presupuestos Participativos de Alcoy.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content-wrapper clearfix\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"entry-content clearfix\">\n<div id=\"chat_conversation\" class=\"flex flex-col items-center text-sm dark:bg-gray-800 w-full\">\n<div class=\"w-full border-b2 border-black\/10 dark:border-gray-900\/50 text-gray-800 dark:text-gray-100 group dark:bg-gray-800\">\n<div class=\"text-base gap-4 md:gap-6 m-auto md:max-w-2xl lg:max-w-2xl xl:max-w-4xl p-4 md:py-6 flex lg:px-0\">\n<div class=\"w-[calc(100%-50px)] \">\n<div class=\"relative flex flex-col gap-1 md:gap-3 lg:w-[calc(100%-115px)]\">\n<div id=\"copy_491\" class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert dark system_write\">\n<p>Avanza\u00a0<strong>la campa\u00f1a de los Presupuestos Participativos<\/strong>\u00a0de este a\u00f1o y desde el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/a>recuerdan que este lunes comienza la fase de votaci\u00f3n de las propuestas presentadas y que han superado la correspondiente recogida de avales, proceso que estar\u00e1 en marcha hasta el domingo d\u00eda 15 a partir de las 23:59 horas. En total,\u00a0<strong>se han presentado 37 iniciativas<\/strong>, de las cuales 19 han sido formuladas directamente por los ciudadanos y han obtenido los avales necesarios.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s,\u00a0<strong>15 propuestas surgieron durante talleres participativos<\/strong>. De estas,\u00a0<strong>26 son iniciativas de inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>11 corresponden a gasto corriente<\/strong>. Sin embargo,\u00a0<strong>23 propuestas no han sido consideradas viables<\/strong>\u00a0por el personal t\u00e9cnico del Ayuntamiento debido a criterios previamente establecidos. Cabe recordar que los criterios para determinar la no viabilidad incluyen aspectos como la falta de sostenibilidad econ\u00f3mica, duplicidad con proyectos ya existentes o en ejecuci\u00f3n, y la falta de concreci\u00f3n para su valoraci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<p>Los\u00a0<strong>empadronados en Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0mayores de 16 a\u00f1os podr\u00e1n votar hasta cinco propuestas (tres de inversi\u00f3n y dos de gasto corriente), con un \u00fanico voto por propuesta. La votaci\u00f3n<strong>\u00a0se realizar\u00e1 telem\u00e1ticamente o mediante urnas<\/strong>\u00a0ubicadas en diferentes espacios. Este a\u00f1o, el Ayuntamiento ha destinado un total de 400.000 euros para este proceso: 320.000 euros para inversiones y 80.000 euros para gastos corrientes.<\/p>\n<p>Una novedad importante es que<strong>\u00a0ninguna propuesta podr\u00e1 superar el 33% del presupuesto total asignado<\/strong>, lo que busca diversificar las iniciativas seleccionadas y evitar que una o dos absorban todo el presupuesto disponible \u00ab<em>cada voto es fundamental para dar forma a los proyectos que impactar\u00e1n directamente en nuestra ciudad\u201d<\/em>, afirma la edil de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana;\u00a0<strong>Aroa Mira<\/strong>. Esta \u00faltima anima tambi\u00e9n a la ciudadan\u00eda a participar activamente en este proceso y recuerda que hasta ahora \u00ab<em>m\u00e1s del 80% de las iniciativas aprobadas en ediciones anteriores ya est\u00e1n finalizadas o en ejecuci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00ab, concluye.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"flex justify-end gap-2 w-full mt-2\">\n<div class=\"text-gray-400 flex self-end lg:self-center justify-center gap-3 md:gap-4 visible\">Las propuestas seleccionadas\u00a0<strong>se incorporar\u00e1n a los Presupuestos Municipales de 2025<\/strong>.
