Este supermercado se ha construido <strong>dentro de la antigua f\u00e1brica Textilfok<\/strong>, datada del siglo XX y catalogada como patrimonio protegido, y que adem\u00e1s es heredera de la antigua Calzados Riera. La empresa Mercadona, a la hora de habilitar el citado nuevo supermercado, <strong>ha respetado la est\u00e9tica original del edificio<\/strong>, manteniendo sus fachadas y elementos constructivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El nuevo local <strong>cuenta con m\u00e1s de 1.700 metros cuadrados de sala de ventas<\/strong> y ofrece un horario de apertura de lunes a s\u00e1bado, de 09:00 a 21:30 horas. Adem\u00e1s, dispone de <strong>aparcamiento<\/strong> y ha generado empleo para 165 personas durante su construcci\u00f3n, con una plantilla final de 43 empleados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre las novedades que presenta este supermercado<strong> se incluye la secci\u00f3n &#8216;Listo para comer&#8217;<\/strong> y <strong>un \u00e1rea de descanso<\/strong> para los clientes. Mercadona tambi\u00e9n ha llevado a cabo <strong>la reurbanizaci\u00f3n del entorno<\/strong>, creando una zona verde p\u00fablica y rehabilitando \u00e1reas colindantes existentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En t\u00e9rminos medioambientales, el nuevo establecimiento <strong>incorpora medidas<\/strong> que permiten reducir hasta un 40% el consumo energ\u00e9tico en comparaci\u00f3n con tiendas convencionales, incluyendo iluminaci\u00f3n LED automatizada y paneles solares fotovoltaicos.
