Tambi\u00e9n hemos seguido hablando de <strong>las muertes ocurridas en la residencia DomusVi de Alcoy<\/strong> durante la primera ola de la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Han pasado tan solo unos d\u00edas de\u00a0<strong>la finalizaci\u00f3n del\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/visto-para-sentencia-el-juicio-por-las-muertes-de-domusvi-alcoy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">juicio<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>por las muertes ocurridas en DomusVi Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0y los familiares\u00a0<strong>siguen digiriendo todo lo que vivieron<\/strong>\u00a0desde que arranc\u00f3 el mismo proceso judicial el pasado 30 de septiembre. Las sesiones\u00a0<strong>llegaron su fin el jueves 10 de octubre<\/strong>, con la\u00a0<strong>lectura de las conclusiones<\/strong>, y las mismas familias est\u00e1n ahora a la espera de conocer\u00a0<strong>cu\u00e1l es la decisi\u00f3n final del juez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n de Afectados\u00a0<strong>ha estado en el #TiempoDeAn\u00e1lisis de COPE ALCOY<\/strong>\u00a0y los mismos familiares han asegurado que las dos \u00faltimas semanas \u00ab<em>fueron muy duras<\/em>\u00bb en clara referencia a que\u00a0<strong>tuvieron que volver a recordar todo lo que vivieron en la primavera de 2020<\/strong>, cuando no ten\u00edan noticia alguna del estado en el que se encontraban sus seres queridos en la residencia. Insisten en que\u00a0<strong>llegar hasta el juicio<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>ha valido la pena<\/em>\u00ab, tras el camino recorrido, aunque dejan claro que\u00a0<strong>quedan todav\u00eda cuestiones en el tintero<\/strong>\u00a0que no fueron abordadas en las diferentes sesiones \u00ab<em>se ha arrojado luz sobre muchas pero ha seguido faltando informaci\u00f3n, que la parte demandada no ha aportado, e incluso no fueron citados testimonios clave como el Doctor del geri\u00e1trico que atendi\u00f3 los primeros contagios<\/em>\u00ab, ha comentado\u00a0<strong>Josele Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, presidente del colectivo que representa a los afectados. Para Garc\u00eda y\u00a0<strong>Juan Valls<\/strong>, un familiar de una de las residentes en DomusVi durante la pandemia, el juicio ha dejado claro cuestiones importantes \u00ab<em>por mucho que se empe\u00f1en en defender lo contrario, se ha visto que la mala organizaci\u00f3n fue el detonante de la expansi\u00f3n del virus y que hubo una mala gesti\u00f3n en atender los contagios derivando todo ello en una masiva mortandad. No se hicieron las cosas bien y el resultado fueron 74 muertes<\/em>\u00ab, a\u00f1adieron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sentencia\u00a0<strong>podr\u00eda conocerse en el plazo de dos meses<\/strong>, seg\u00fan han aventurado los familiares, y desde la Asociaci\u00f3n de Afectados insisten en que el objetivo de esta lucha pasa por \u00ab<em>sentar las bases para que algo as\u00ed no vuelva a ocurrir en una residencia de mayores<\/em>\u00ab.
