Tambi\u00e9n <strong>hemos seguido prestando atenci\u00f3n al juicio para esclarecer lo ocurrido en la residencia DomusVi<\/strong> durante la primera ola de la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante este viernes <strong>han prestado declaraci\u00f3n nuevos peritos de la parte que presenta la demanda<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>tambi\u00e9n han intervenido los de la parte demandada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el\u00a0<strong>primero de los casos<\/strong>\u00a0ha prestado declaraci\u00f3n un profesional sanitario que en su disertaci\u00f3n ha vuelto a insistir que no se \u00ab<em>prestaba una atenci\u00f3n de calidad a los residentes ni tampoco a las personas ingresadas en la residencia que presentaban alg\u00fan tipo de patolog\u00eda<\/em>\u00ab. En este sentido ha destacado que algunos de los problemas que presentaron los mayores, como \u00falceras, se debieron a esa falta de atenci\u00f3n correcta por parte del personal que trabajaba en DomusVi. Seguidamente\u00a0<strong>ha tomado la palabra un profesional del \u00e1mbito sanitario\u00a0<\/strong>en representaci\u00f3n de los demandados, que ha desempe\u00f1ado su actividad profesional en el \u00e1mbito de la epidemiolog\u00eda y que interven\u00eda en calidad de perito de la parte demanda, asegurando que las decisiones en materia de medidas preventivas que se adoptaron en la residencia geri\u00e1trica antes del estallido del brote de Coronavirus no fueron negligentes. Ha apuntado a los trabajadores de DomusVi y a los familiares como c<strong>ausa de que que el virus entrara en el centro<\/strong>, antes de que se prohibieran las visitas, y ha revelado que hasta el 13 o el 14 de marzo no se tuvo constancia del primer caso positivo. Tambi\u00e9n ha afirmado que \u00ab<em>era inevitable un contagio masivo<\/em>\u00bb porque hubo retraso a la hora de hacer los primeros tests para detectar contagios en el caso de personas asintom\u00e1ticas, no se controlaron las visitas antes del Estado de Alarma cuando ya se empezaba a hablar el Coronavirus y no hab\u00eda una informaci\u00f3n concreta desde las autoridades sanitarias para diferenciar lo que eran casos de contagios \u00ab<em>el desarrollo de un brote as\u00ed era cuesti\u00f3n de suerte<\/em>\u00ab, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sesi\u00f3n ha continuado con la declaraci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s peritos de la parte demandada.
