Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado que <strong>sigue el juicio por las muertes ocurridas en DomusVi<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de una sesi\u00f3n que ayer destac\u00f3 por las declaraciones de los peritos de la parte demandante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los comparecientes,\u00a0<strong>profesionales sanitarios en el \u00e1mbito de la geriatr\u00eda<\/strong>,\u00a0no dudaron en calificar la actuaci\u00f3n de la direcci\u00f3n de la residencia DomusVi como \u00ab<em>negligente<\/em>\u00bb tanto antes de desatarse la oleada de contagios como cuando el virus comenz\u00f3 a ser virulento causando las primeras muertes. Ambos especialistas, con experiencia en la gesti\u00f3n de residencias, expusieron que\u00a0<strong>el 26 de febrero el Instituto Carlos III hab\u00eda enviado un protocolo claro a todas las residencias de mayores para sectorizar a los residentes seg\u00fan su nivel de riesgo ante el Covid-19<\/strong>. Sin embargo, afirmaron que\u00a0<strong>la direcci\u00f3n de DomusVi\u00a0 opt\u00f3 por una reorganizaci\u00f3n que ignor\u00f3 por completo estas directrices<\/strong>. En este sentido, apuntaron que\u00a0<strong>se realizaron traslados de pacientes entre diferentes plantas sin seguir los protocolos establecidos<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>si se mueven de una planta a otra, el riesgo est\u00e1 presente, ya que pueden contagiarse en un ascensor o en una camilla. Esta falta de atenci\u00f3n a los protocolos sanitarios contribuy\u00f3 significativamente al aumento del n\u00famero de contagios y muertes en el centro<\/em>\u00ab, apuntaron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los\u00a0<strong>peritos<\/strong>\u00a0aportaron tambi\u00e9n datos relevantes. Dijeron que durante\u00a0<strong>los tres meses m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos de la pandemia<\/strong>, el 52% de los residentes de DomusVi fallecieron, mientras que la media nacional fue del 21% entre los infectados. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1alaron que en otras residencias de la Comunitat Valenciana no se registraron tasas tan elevadas de mortalidad. \u00ab<em>Estos datos no son fruto de la mala suerte; aqu\u00ed se hicieron las cosas mal<\/em>\u00ab, afirmaron con contundencia. Tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>criticaron la falta de asistencia sanitaria adecuada a los enfermos<\/strong>. En relaci\u00f3n a esto indicaron que muchos pacientes\u00a0<strong>no recibieron seguimiento<\/strong>\u00a0cuando presentaban s\u00edntomas como fiebre o baja saturaci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno. \u00ab<em>No se les administraba tratamiento y dos d\u00edas antes de morir eran sedado<\/em>s\u00bb, revelaron, se\u00f1alando asimismo que no encontraron registros m\u00e9dicos claros en los informes revisados. Desde la defensa de la empresa gestora de la residencia\u00a0<strong>cuestionaron las acusaciones sobre la reorganizaci\u00f3n realizada a finales de febrero,<\/strong>\u00a0y pusieron sobre la mesa que las \u00f3rdenes para sectorizar y aislar a los residentes no entraron en vigor hasta el 6 de marzo al igual que ha destacado que \u00ab<em>hubo pr\u00e1cticamente el mismo n\u00famero de contagiados en la planta en la que o hubo reorganizaci\u00f3n con respecto a las otras dos<\/em>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El juicio\u00a0<strong>continuar\u00e1 este viernes<\/strong>\u00a0con las declaraciones de los peritos designados por la parte demandada. \u00a0Las sesiones siguen hasta finales de la pr\u00f3xima semana en el juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucci\u00f3n n\u00famero 3 de Alcoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy viernes os hemos contado que Alcoy acoge ma\u00f1ana una nueva edici\u00f3n del Marat\u00f3n de Donaci\u00f3n de Sangre.
