Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de <strong>la segunda sesi\u00f3n del juicio para esclarecer lo ocurrido en la residencia DomusVi de Alcoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content-wrapper clearfix\">\n<div class=\"entry-content clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este martes 1 de octubre ha estado reservado para l<strong>a segunda sesi\u00f3n del<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/comienza-el-juicio-por-la-tragedia-en-domusvi-alcoy-que-algo-asi-no-vuelva-a-ocurrir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0juicio<\/a><\/span>\u00a0que trata de esclarecer la tragedia ocurrida en la residencia geri\u00e1trica DomusVi de Alcoy<\/strong>, centro de mayores donde un virulento brote de Coronavirus acab\u00f3 con la vida de 74 personas durante la primera ola de la pandemia. En esta jornada\u00a0<strong>se ha podido escuchar el testimonio de algunos familiares de las v\u00edctimas mortales<\/strong>, los cuales\u00a0<strong>han relatado la situaci\u00f3n de incertidumbre<\/strong>\u00a0que vivieron a partir de aquellos d\u00edas de marzo de 2020 cuando no ten\u00edan noticia alguna del estado en el que se encontraban sus parientes internos en la residencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Han insistido, una vez m\u00e1s, en\u00a0<strong>la falta de transparencia del geri\u00e1trico<\/strong>, y han se\u00f1alado que apenas tuvieron informaci\u00f3n de sus familiares tanto antes como pr\u00e1cticamente despu\u00e9s de fallecer \u00ab<em>se nos dec\u00eda que si no llamaban es que estaban bien y despu\u00e9s te avisaban de que hab\u00eda fallecido sin m\u00e1s explicaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00ab, apuntaron. Tambi\u00e9n su testimonio sobre la situaci\u00f3n del geri\u00e1trico fue revelador se\u00f1alando que antes de la pandemia ya hab\u00eda problemas \u00ab<em>hab\u00eda una considerable falta de personal y eso revert\u00eda en la atenci\u00f3n que se prestaba a los ancianos. Se produjeron casos de gastroenteritis meses antes que no fueron controlados a tiempo e incluso se administraba medicaci\u00f3n por duplicado o no se atend\u00edan correctamente las roturas de huesos<\/em>\u00ab, manifestaron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los testigos que han comparecido hoy\u00a0<strong>no forman parte de la demanda<\/strong>\u00a0y ante esto los abogados que representan a los demandados intentaron que no prestaran declaraci\u00f3n. No obstante,\u00a0<strong>el juez consider\u00f3 oportuno que deb\u00edan de aportar su testimonio<\/strong>\u00a0explicando, a preguntas de la letrada que representa a los familiares, que\u00a0<strong>no hab\u00edan seguido adelante en el proceso hasta llegar al juicio<\/strong> por cuestiones econ\u00f3micas, querer cerrar el asunto desde el punto de vista emocional o por desavenencias entre familiares.
