Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de que <strong>se pone en marcha en Alcoy una nueva campa\u00f1a de los Presupuestos Participativos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los\u00a0<strong>presupuestos participativos<\/strong>\u00a0regresan a\u00a0<strong>Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0con\u00a0<strong>una asignaci\u00f3n de 400.000 euros<\/strong>, una cantidad de la cual\u00a0<strong>se reservar\u00e1n 320.000 a propuestas de inversi\u00f3n y 80.000 a gasto corriente<\/strong>. Esta iniciativa, plenamente consolidada, permitir\u00e1 a los alcoyanos y alcoyanas\u00a0<strong>decidir de nuevo los proyectos que quieren que se ejecuten<\/strong>\u00a0pr\u00f3ximamente en la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los principales objetivos para esta campa\u00f1a es\u00a0<strong>fomentar la participaci\u00f3n entre los j\u00f3venes y las personas mayores<\/strong>. Para ello, se organizar\u00e1n\u00a0<strong>talleres en institutos y centros de formaci\u00f3n profesional<\/strong>, as\u00ed como\u00a0<strong>actividades dirigidas a la tercera edad<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Aroa Mira<\/strong>, concejala de Participaci\u00f3n, ha destacado al respecto que \u00ab<em>los presupuestos participativos permiten que la ciudadan\u00eda sea protagonista activa en la toma de decisiones, promoviendo una democracia participativa y mejorando la relaci\u00f3n entre los ciudadanos y la administraci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00ab, se\u00f1ala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este a\u00f1o se introduce\u00a0<strong>una novedad<\/strong>: las propuestas no podr\u00e1n exceder el 33% del presupuesto total, lo que equivale a un m\u00e1ximo de 107.000 euros para inversiones y 27.000 euros para gasto corriente con la intenci\u00f3n de aumentar el n\u00famero de iniciativas viables.Las propuestas\u00a0<strong>pueden presentarse de tres maneras<\/strong>: presencialmente en talleres participativos, mediante urnas o telem\u00e1ticamente a trav\u00e9s del portal web<strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alcoiparticipa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.alcoiparticipa.com<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. Cada persona podr\u00e1 presentar hasta cinco propuestas identific\u00e1ndose con su DNI y un n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono entre el 16 y el 29 de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La participaci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>est\u00e1 abierta a todos los mayores de 16 a\u00f1os empadronados en Alcoy desde el 1 de agosto de 2024<\/strong>. Las urnas estar\u00e1n disponibles en varios puntos estrat\u00e9gicos de la ciudad, incluyendo el Servicio de Informaci\u00f3n al Ciudadano y diversas bibliotecas p\u00fablicas. Para que las propuestas avancen a la\u00a0<strong>siguiente fase<\/strong>, necesitar\u00e1n al menos 50 avales durante el periodo del 7 al 15 de octubre. Cada ciudadano puede avalar hasta cinco propuestas (tres para inversi\u00f3n y dos para gastos corrientes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez finalizado este proceso,\u00a0<strong>el Departamento de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana clasificar\u00e1 las propuestas recibidas para su evaluaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica por parte del Ayuntamiento<\/strong>. La\u00a0<strong>votaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0se realizar\u00e1 nuevamente del 9 al 15 de diciembre, online y presencialmente, con un sistema itinerante para recoger votos en la calle los d\u00edas 13 y 14.
