Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de <strong>la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios<\/strong> en nuestra ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/span>\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>ha otorgado\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s de 127.000 euros en ayudas para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios<\/strong>, mediante dos convocatorias de subvenciones. Una de ellas est\u00e1\u00a0<strong>destinada a fachadas y medianeras<\/strong>, y la otra\u00a0<strong>se enfoca en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de elementos estructurales y la sustituci\u00f3n de amianto<\/strong>. En total,\u00a0<strong>se intervendr\u00e1 en 24 edificios, con 15 fachadas a rehabilitar, tres casos de elementos estructurales y seis de amianto a ser retirado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La\u00a0<strong>convocatoria para fachadas y medianeras<\/strong>\u00a0abarca la rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral de fachadas catalogadas en todo el t\u00e9rmino municipal, incluyendo el barrio de Batoi y la calle Na Saurina d\u2019Enten\u00e7a. Se ha asignado un presupuesto de 69.944,56 euros, otorgado en su totalidad a 15 edificios diferentes, ubicados en el Centro y la Zona Alta. Se excluyeron seis edificios por no cumplir con las bases y de los subvencionados cabe destacar que\u00a0\u00a06 son de la d\u00e9cada de los 20 del siglo pasado, 3 de los a\u00f1os 40, 2 de 1900 y de 1930, y uno de 1910 y de 1960. La ayuda cubre el 50% del presupuesto protegido con un m\u00e1ximo de 6.000 euros por fachada. Por otro lado,\u00a0<strong>la l\u00ednea de subvenciones para elementos estructurales y amianto<\/strong>\u00a0cuenta con un presupuesto total de 140.313,67 euros. Tres edificios recibir\u00e1n ayuda para elementos estructurales, mientras que seis edificios obtendr\u00e1n apoyo para la sustituci\u00f3n del amianto \u00ab<em>con estas subvenciones queremos ayudar la ciudadan\u00eda a poner a punto sus edificios y contribuir con esto a mejorar la imagen y el estado de la ciudad. Esta convocatoria, al mismo tiempo, tambi\u00e9n contribuye a favorecer la econom\u00eda en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00ab, explica al respecto la edil de Urbanismo;\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todas las convocatorias\u00a0<strong>tienen car\u00e1cter retroactivo<\/strong>, se pueden subvencionar actuaciones iniciadas desde el d\u00eda 1 de enero de 2023, teniendo que estar finalizadas, como m\u00e1ximo, el 15 de noviembre de 2024.
