Una de las primeras actuaciones se centra en <strong>la reparaci\u00f3n de la cubierta<\/strong> y en <strong>solventar los problemas que han causado las goteras<\/strong> en el interior del edificio cuando llueve con intensidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed lo asegur\u00f3 ayer en el #TiempoDeAn\u00e1lisis de COPE ALCOY el edil de Patrimonio Cultural, <strong>Ignacio Trelis<\/strong>. Este \u00faltimo indic\u00f3 que ahora mismo <strong>se est\u00e1 ultimando la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto<\/strong> para poder hacer realidad estas intervenciones y se\u00f1al\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que esto ser\u00e1 tan solo un primer paso para una actuaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s ambiciosa. Y es que el gobierno local es consciente de que todo el edificio <strong>precisa de una rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral<\/strong> &#8220;<em>los primeros arreglos que se van a hacer nos permitir\u00e1 dispones de m\u00e1s espacios en la Casa de Cultura, una vez solucionadas las goteras, y despu\u00e9s vamos a iniciar la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto para una reforma del inmueble. Estamos ante una obra que supone una importante inversi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, ya que las \u00faltimas reformas hechas en la Casa de Cultura son e 1983, y para eso se quiere optar a fondos europeos que puedan financiar buena parte de la reparaci\u00f3n<\/em>&#8220;, detall\u00f3 Trelis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras esto llega, <strong>sigue pendiente el inicio de las obras para la reforma del Teatre Principal<\/strong> que hab\u00edan sido propuestas a trav\u00e9s de los Presupuesto Participativos de la Generalitat Valenciana. Desde el \u00e1rea de Cultura se ha avanzado tambi\u00e9n en <strong>hacer posible que el Teatro Calder\u00f3n cuente con la correspondiente licencia de apertura<\/strong>, casi dos d\u00e9cadas despu\u00e9s de la reapertura del espacio tras su remodelaci\u00f3n, y el Consistorio va a llevar a cabo ahora <strong>la reparaci\u00f3n de la climatizaci\u00f3n del IVAM-CADA<\/strong>.
