Tambi\u00e9n hemos comentado que <strong>la mejor tapa de la Comunitat Valenciana<\/strong> se cocina en Alcoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alcoy<strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 de enhorabuena<\/strong>\u00a0gracias al\u00a0<strong>nuevo reconocimiento que ha recibido la ciudad en materia gastron\u00f3mica<\/strong>. Y es que en el\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=100047219116140\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Restaurante Sant Francesc 52<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0se cocina la mejor tapa de la Comunidad Valenciana,\u00a0<strong>una delicia culinaria<\/strong>\u00a0elaborada por\u00a0<strong>David Sand\u00edn y \u00c1lex P\u00e9rez<\/strong>\u00a0que ha recibido recientemente este galard\u00f3n en el concurso \u2018Tapes d\u2019Ac\u00ed\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La tapa del Restaurante Sant Francesc 52 de Alcoy<strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 elaborada con productos locales y de proximidad<\/strong>\u00a0de la Comunitat Valenciana, tal y como exigen las bases del concurso. Esta propuesta\u00a0<strong>ha recibido tambi\u00e9n la aprobaci\u00f3n de quienes la han probado en nuestra ciudad<\/strong>\u00a0y la misma\u00a0<strong>est\u00e1 configurada como una coca<\/strong>\u00a0a la que no le faltan \u00ab<em>espinacas, jud\u00edas y tomate de las huertas valencianas. Tambi\u00e9n tenemos caballa de la lonja con or\u00edgen mediterr\u00e1neo y aceite de oliva virgen extra de nuestras comarcas<\/em>\u00ab, contaba este martes en COPE ALCOY David Sand\u00edn tras ser preguntado por\u00a0<strong>los secretos<\/strong>\u00a0que aguarda esta tapa. Sobre el galard\u00f3n, Sand\u00edn asegura que\u00a0<strong>es un reconocimiento para la gastronom\u00eda de toda la comarca<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>todo el equipo del Restaurante hemos trabajado conjuntamente para preparar esta propuesta gastron\u00f3mica y es un premio para todos los que\u00a0 d\u00eda a d\u00eda lo damos todo para ofrecer lo mejor que tenemos a los comensales del Sant Francesc 52. Es una pasada haber ganado el premio a la mejor tapa de la Comunidad Valenciana y estamos muy contentos<\/em>\u00ab, concluye.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">David Sand\u00edn y \u00c0lex P\u00e9rez\u00a0<strong>llegaron a la final de Valencia tras ser finalistas en el certamen de la provincia de Alicante<\/strong>, en el que participaron un total de 16 restaurantes. Despu\u00e9s de este premio, la tapa de Sant Francesc 52\u00a0<strong>ser\u00e1 la representaci\u00f3n valenciana en presentaciones gastron\u00f3micas nacionales o internacionales<\/strong>.
