Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado que <strong>el 30 de septiembre comenzar\u00e1 el juicio por la tragedia ocurrida en la residencia geri\u00e1trica Domus Vi<\/strong> de nuestra ciudad durante la primera ola de la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente\u00a0<strong>habr\u00e1 juicio en 2024 para esclarecer lo ocurrido en la residencia geri\u00e1trica Domus Vi de Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>durante la primera ola de la pandemia<\/strong>\u00a0cuando un virulento brote de Coronavirus acab\u00f3 con la vida de 74 residentes. La fecha inicial\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/los-familiares-afectados-por-la-tragedia-domus-vi-alcoy-seguiran-la-lucha-hasta-el-final\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>estaba prevista para febrero de este a\u00f1o<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>pero el mismo juicio qued\u00f3 aplazado al no haberse aportado la documentaci\u00f3n que se le requer\u00eda a Quavitae DomusVi y a varias Consellerias del gobierno auton\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la documentaci\u00f3n a la que ha tenido acceso COPE ALCOY,\u00a0<strong>el citado juicio arrancar\u00e1 el 30 de septiembre y estar\u00e1 en marcha hasta el 10 de octubre<\/strong>.\u00a0Se contempla que haya\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s de 30 declaraciones diferentes<\/strong>, tanto por parte de testigos de la parte demandante, como de profesionales de la parte demandada \u00ab<em>hemos recorrido un gran camino de lucha desde 2020 hasta llegar a aqu\u00ed y lo m\u00e1s importante no solo es saber lo que pas\u00f3 sino conseguir que esto no vuelva a suceder en ninguna residencia de mayore<\/em>s\u00bb, detallaba en esta emisora\u00a0<strong>Josele Garc\u00eda<\/strong>; portavoz de los familiares de las v\u00edctimas mortales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta noticia llega d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que\u00a0<strong>se haya anunciado la intenci\u00f3n de la Generalitat Valenciana de abrir una comisi\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n en Les Corts<\/strong>, una propuesta que llega meses despu\u00e9s de que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento instar\u00e1 a ello en un acuerdo alcanzado por unanimidad. Ahora los familiares de las v\u00edctimas tienen que preparar toda la documentaci\u00f3n para elaborar las preguntas que plantear\u00e1n en una Comisi\u00f3n de la que tambi\u00e9n esperan que les arroje luz sobre todo lo acaecido en aquella negra primavera de 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n de Familiares Afectados ha dejado este martes en el #TiempoDeAn\u00e1lisis de COPE ALCOY que\u00a0<strong>seguir\u00e1 con su lucha hasta el final.<\/strong>\u00a0Su objetivo es que no haya vuelta atr\u00e1s en este esperado juicio, despu\u00e9s de la demanda presentada por 46 familiares de 18 personas usuarias de la residencia.
