Tambi\u00e9n <strong>hemos hablado de la conmemoraci\u00f3n del Primero de Mayo<\/strong> que se recuerda ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>Las mujeres, los mayores de cincuenta a\u00f1os y los j\u00f3venes menores de veinticinco a\u00f1os<strong>\u00a0son quienes tienen m\u00e1s dificultades para acceder al mercado laboral<\/strong>\u00a0en el conjunto de nuestra comarcas. As\u00ed lo aseguran desde el\u00a0<strong>Sindicato Comisiones Obreras<\/strong>\u00a0en v\u00edsperas del<strong>\u00a0Primero de Mayo<\/strong>, colectivo que adem\u00e1s pide\u00a0<strong>medidas urgentes<\/strong>\u00a0como pol\u00edticas de creaci\u00f3n de empleo para atender esta asignatura pendiente que tiene ahora mismo l\u2019Alcoi\u00e0 y el Comtat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pv.ccoo.es\/Comarques_Centrals\/Comissio_Executiva\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CCOO<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1alan que se en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o\u00a0<strong>se han incrementado notablemente los despidos tras la finalizaci\u00f3n del periodo de pruebas<\/strong>\u00a0y como dato positivo destacan que, tras la \u00faltima reforma laboral puesta en marcha,\u00a0<strong>los contratos indefinidos representaron el 42,26% del total en la zona<\/strong>\u00a0durante el 2023. No obstante inciden en que sigue sin ser una realidad el aumento de salarios \u00ab<em>solo el pasado a\u00f1o los beneficios empresariales en el conjunto del Estado rondaron los 300.000 millones de euros, el resultado m\u00e1s alto de la historia. Entendemos que esta cifra permite elevar los salarios y contrarrestar la p\u00e9rdida de poder adquisitivo por los elevados precios del consumo<\/em>\u00ab, afirma\u00a0<strong>Paco Luque<\/strong>; secretario de Organizaci\u00f3n del mencionado sindicado en las Comarcas Centrales Valencianas.<\/p>\n<p>Los sindicatos\u00a0<strong>llaman a la movilizaci\u00f3n de cara al Primero de Mayo<\/strong>\u00a0de este mi\u00e9rcoles e insisten en que este a\u00f1o\u00a0<strong>hay que volver a salir a la calle<\/strong>\u00a0para defender los logros conseguidos en materia laboral y poner sobre la mesa los nuevos retos que afectan a los trabajadores. Los actos arrancar\u00e1n a las diez de la ma\u00f1ana con un almuerzo popular en los jardines sindicales de La Alameda estando previsto que una hora m\u00e1s tarde comience la marcha \u00ab<em>saldremos desde aqu\u00ed en direcci\u00f3n al Paseo de Cervantes para llegar despu\u00e9s a la Plaza de Espa\u00f1a, punto en el que se leer\u00e1 un manifiesto por parte de Ra\u00fcl Alcocel (CCOO) y Leticia Pascual (UGT)<\/em>\u00ab, detalla este \u00faltimo como Secretaria Comarcal de Empleo y Acci\u00f3n Sindical de la\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ugt-pv.es\/cms\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Uni\u00f3n General de Trabajadores<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto UGT como CCOO coinciden en que al margen de cuestiones referidas al empleo,<strong>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n hay otros asuntos importantes<\/strong>\u00a0que reivindicar en este Primero de Mayo.
