Adem\u00e1<strong>s hemos hecho balance del Plan ARRU<\/strong> de Alcoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alcoy\u00a0<strong>ha logrado ejecutar el 93% de las ayudas para\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/es\/areas\/urbanismo\/plan_arrus.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">las \u00c1reas de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n, Regeneraci\u00f3n y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbanas (ARRU)<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0otorgadas por la Generalitat Valenciana y el Ministerio de Fomento. Estas subvenciones se han destinado a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de viviendas y obras de reurbanizaci\u00f3n en diversos barrios de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las intervenciones\u00a0<strong>han representado una inversi\u00f3n total de 5,4 millones de euros<\/strong>, con 1,7 millones aportados por el Gobierno central, 360.000 euros por la Generalitat, 1,5 millones por el Ayuntamiento y 1,9 millones provenientes de particulares que han podido rehabilitar sus viviendas con ayudas que en algunos casos han alcanzado el 55% del costo total. En total,\u00a0<strong>se han rehabilitado 388 viviendas en 44 edificios de distintos barrios<\/strong>. Se han realizado 196 rehabilitaciones en el barrio de Santa Rosa, 88 en el Ensanche y 104 en el Centro, incluyendo la rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral de un edificio en la calle Sant Maure con cuatro viviendas destinadas a alquiler social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El alcalde,\u00a0<strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, resalta que\u00a0<strong>estas acciones se complementan con otros proyectos de construcci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n en curso<\/strong>. Todo ello, matiza el primer edil, con el objetivo de\u00a0<strong>garantizar el acceso a la vivienda para toda la ciudadan\u00eda y hacer frente a los desaf\u00edos planteados por el cambio clim\u00e1tico<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>estas actuaciones se completan con otros proyectos de construcci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n que estamos llevando a cabo como por ejemplo la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de un edificio de viviendas en Sant Maure, el edificio intergeneracional de 18 viviendas en El Partidor o el proyecto para mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en los barrios de Font Dol\u00e7a y Sagrado Coraz\u00f3n, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo con Fondos Europeos<\/em>\u00ab, matiza Franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al margen de todo esto,\u00a0<strong>se han llevado a cabo diversas actuaciones de reurbanizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, como la ampliaci\u00f3n de aceras y tratamiento antideslizante en varias calles, repavimentaci\u00f3n y mejoras de accesibilidad en diferentes zonas.
