Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de <strong>las iniciativas<\/strong> que llegan a El Partidor para regenerar esta barriada de la ciudad de Alcoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Regenerar el barrio del Partidor<\/strong>\u00a0de Alcoy es uno de los objetivos que se persiguen desde hace unos a\u00f1os y ahora\u00a0<strong>se da un nuevo paso hacia adelante<\/strong>\u00a0en un proyecto del que\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/el-psoe-apuesta-por-la-revitalizacion-de-el-partidor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ya hablaba el Partido Socialista<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0en la campa\u00f1a para las Elecciones Municipales de 2019. Y es que\u00a0<strong>ha comenzado ya la\u00a0construcci\u00f3n de un edificio de 18 viviendas intergeneracionales<\/strong>\u00a0en el barrio de El Partidor, en concreto en Sant Mateu 102 y 104, placeta Les Eres. Los trabajos, que han sido adjudicados por 1.984.844,53 euros (IVA incluido), incluyen adem\u00e1s los equipamientos y jardines privados para los usuarios, as\u00ed como locales y jardines de uso p\u00fablico para el barrio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El inmueble que se ha previsto en la zona\u00a0<strong>contar\u00eda con alojamientos para j\u00f3venes y personas de edad avanzada<\/strong>\u00a0al igual que\u00a0<strong>se ha previsto habilitar espacios comunes y jardines<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s,\u00a0<strong>la planta baja tendr\u00e1 espacios accesibles a los vecinos del barrio<\/strong>\u00a0mediante entrada controlada \u00abse trata de unas obras muy reivindicadas por la ciudadan\u00eda en general y especialmente por los vecinos de El Partidor. Con este proyecto, adem\u00e1s de mejorar la calidad del espacio y contribuir a la regeneraci\u00f3n del barrio, pretendemos dotar de oportunidades y mayor calidad de vida tanto a j\u00f3venes como a personas mayores, colectivos que ser\u00e1n los principales beneficiarios\u00bb, destaca la concejala de Vivienda; Tere Sanju\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La construcci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>apostar\u00e1 por cuestiones como la sostenibilidad<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>servir\u00e1 para consolidar un entorno del casco hist\u00f3rico de Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0que ha sufrido una importante degradaci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. De igual forma\u00a0<strong>fomentar\u00e1 la relaci\u00f3n vecinal y la vida aut\u00f3noma<\/strong>\u00a0al igual que se tendr\u00e1 en cuenta el\u00a0<strong>refuerzo de la accesibilidad\u00a0en los alojamientos as\u00ed como en zonas comunes del edificio<\/strong>. Recordar que el\u00a0<strong>presupuesto base de licitaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0es de 2.025.351,56 euros y el plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 21 meses. Finalmente el proyecto\u00a0<strong>cuenta con una ayuda<\/strong> de 810.000\u20ac dentro del marco del Programa de Fomento de la Regeneraci\u00f3n y Renovaci\u00f3n urbana y rural (ARRUR) del Plan Estatal de Vivienda 2018-2021.
