Seg\u00fan recoge este martes el Diario Informaci\u00f3n de Alicante el ministerio p\u00fablico exige esta pena al entender que hubo un delito de homicidio as\u00ed como otro de lesiones, ambos por imprudencia grave, durante aquella jornada tr\u00e1gica del 19 de mayo de 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1alar que la acusaci\u00f3n particular solicita la pena a dos y nueve mieses mientras que junto a la Fiscal\u00eda pide la apertura de juicio oral.
