Tambi\u00e9n hemos destacado que <strong>avanzan las obras para adaptar La Rosaleda a la legalidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las\u00a0<strong>obras para adecuar La Rosaleda de Alcoy<\/strong>, y adaptarla a la legalidad,\u00a0<strong>avanzan a buen ritmo<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>siendo visibles ya buena parte de los desmontes<\/strong>\u00a0en la parte de la plaza que recae a la calle Cid. Durante la pasada semana\u00a0<strong>se retir\u00f3 el jard\u00edn<\/strong>\u00a0existente en este tramo superior y tambi\u00e9n las m\u00e1quinas\u00a0<strong>actuaron en deshacer el pavimento existente en toda la zona<\/strong>\u00a0que bordea el surtidor donde sigue ubicada la escultura de San Jorge. Tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>ha comenzado la demolici\u00f3n de estructuras<\/strong>\u00a0a las entradas y salidas del aparcamiento, mientras que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas\u00a0<strong>se eliminar\u00e1 la estructura met\u00e1lica<\/strong>\u00a0que todav\u00eda es visible en el punto alto de la mencionada plaza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que los trabajos, como ya inform\u00f3 COPE ALCOY semanas atr\u00e1s, tendr\u00e1n una duraci\u00f3n de unos diez meses.\u00a0 Desde el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ayuntamiento de Alcoy\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/a>informan que que hasta el 1 de marzo tanto el parking como el quiosco estar\u00e1n abiertos. El\u00a0<strong>aparcamiento<\/strong>\u00a0deber\u00e1 de cerrar durante 8 meses, mientras que\u00a0<strong>el quiosco<\/strong>\u00a0ahora acaba la concesi\u00f3n y se aprovechar\u00e1 este tiempo para hacer todo el proceso de licitaci\u00f3n de cara a abrir de nuevo cuando acabe la obra. Este proyecto consistir\u00e1 en la demolici\u00f3n del forjado de cubierta para su nueva ejecuci\u00f3n con el fin de que cumpla requisitos como permitir una capa de tierra de 80 cent\u00edmetros que sostenga arbolado. Tambi\u00e9n se reforzar\u00e1n todos los elementos estructurales, desde pilares hasta losas de fundamentaci\u00f3n, se incluir\u00e1n nueves especies vegetales y se renovar\u00e1n tanto la iluminaci\u00f3n como el mobiliario urbano \u00ab<em>con esta actuaci\u00f3n resolveremos una ilegalidad, que es el pronunciamiento que expres\u00f3 en su d\u00eda el Tribunal Superior de Justicia respecto al que se hizo a La Rosaleda. Una ilegalidad que no es culpa de los ecologistas que lo denunciaron, es culpa de quien gobernaba en aquel momento, el Partido Popular. Esta actuaci\u00f3n nos costar\u00e1 a todos los alcoyanos m\u00e1s de 4 millones de euros que saldr\u00e1n de las arcas municipales para devolver a la legalidad urban\u00edstica un proyecto que no reun\u00eda los requisitos que deber\u00eda<\/em>\u00ab, indicaba ayer la edil de Urbanismo;\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Molt\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El inicio de las obras tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>traer\u00e1 consigo la restauraci\u00f3n de la escultura de San Jorge<\/strong>, un proyecto que est\u00e1 ahora en proceso de licitaci\u00f3n.
