Tambi\u00e9n hemos comentado <strong>las novedades en relaci\u00f3n al proceso para esclarecer lo ocurrido en la residencia Domis Vi de Alcoy<\/strong> durante la primera ola de la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pr\u00f3ximo mes de marzo\u00a0<strong>se cumplen\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/la-residencia-de-oliver-registra-casos-de-coronavirus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cuatro a\u00f1os del virulento brote de Coronavirus<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0que\u00a0<strong>acab\u00f3 con la vida de 74 de los residentes<\/strong>\u00a0que se encontraban en aquel momento\u00a0<strong>en el geri\u00e1trico Domus Vi de Alcoy<\/strong>. A mediados de este mes de febrero\u00a0<strong>estaba previsto que comenzase el juicio<\/strong>\u00a0para esclarecer lo ocurrido en aquellos fat\u00eddicos d\u00edas, pero los familiares de las v\u00edctimas\u00a0<strong>han recibido un duro varapalo<\/strong>\u00a0estos d\u00edas al conocer que esta esperada cita\u00a0<strong>ha quedado suspendida temporalmente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucci\u00f3n n\u00famero 3 de nuestra ciudad\u00a0<strong>han adoptado esta decisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, sin fecha concreta, porque \u00ab<em>algunas de las partes demandadas no han aportado toda la informaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n requerida sobre los hechos<\/em>\u00ab, tal y como han comunicado desde la misma Asociaci\u00f3n de Afectados. Los familiares de las v\u00edctimas\u00a0<strong>lamentan la situaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0y consideran de\u00a0<em>\u00abmuy mala fe<\/em>\u00bb\u00a0 que ni \u00ab<em>la Conselleria de Sanitad y ni Quavitae, que es la matriz de Domus Vi, hayan aportado lo que se les hab\u00eda reclamado. Cuesta tambi\u00e9n de entender que la Generalitat Valenciana, que nos representa a todos, no haya hecho m\u00e1ximos esfuerzos en reunir la documentaci\u00f3n completa que se les ped\u00eda para el juicio<\/em>\u00ab, indican. Adem\u00e1s\u00a0<strong>se han mostrado muy cr\u00edticos con la administraci\u00f3n auton\u00f3mica<\/strong>\u00a0porque\u00a0<strong>todav\u00eda no se ha convocado la Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n en Les Corts<\/strong>\u00a0que se inst\u00f3 desde el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy para tratar de esclarecer lo sucedido durante la primavera de 2020 en Domus Vi\u00a0 \u00ab<em>si esta Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n se hubiera creado habr\u00eda sido el organismo id\u00f3neo para reunir toda la informaci\u00f3n que se necesita de cara a saber la verdad. El hecho de que no se haya constituido la misma Comisi\u00f3n ha dejado en muy mal lugar a la ciudad porque da la sensaci\u00f3n de que no tenemos ning\u00fan peso pol\u00edtico en Valencia. Nosotros vamos a pedir reuniones con el nuevo gobierno regional para tratar de que nos reciban y poder explicar nuestra lucha pero por ahora desistimos a pedir otra vez que el Pleno inste a crear una Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n sino tenemos garant\u00edas de que eso vaya a ser una realidad<\/em>\u00ab, ha dicho contundentemente este jueves\u00a0<strong>Josele Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, portavoz de los afectados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n de Familiares Afectados ha dejado claro este jueves que\u00a0<strong>seguir\u00e1 con su lucha hasta el final<\/strong>\u00a0y han avanzado que la pr\u00f3xima semana\u00a0<strong>mantendr\u00e1n una reuni\u00f3n con los abogados que llevan el caso<\/strong>\u00a0para perfilar los pasos a seguir a partir de ahora. Su objetivo es que se celebre ese juicio\u00a0despu\u00e9s de la demanda presentada por 46 familiares de 18 personas usuarias de la residencia.
