Tras la Estafeta, en la que se ha pedido la rendici\u00f3n al capit\u00e1n moro, se ha iniciado la Embajada en la que los de la Cruz han instado a los sarracenos a capitular y a entregarles el Castillo. La negativa ha originado de nuevo una estruendosa batalla de arcabucer\u00eda que ha provocado que durante la jornada de hoy, tanto en la ma\u00f1ana como en la tarde, los festeros alcoyanos quemen cerca de 2.700 kilos de p\u00f3lvora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La batalla de arcabuces ha dado paso a la lucha armada entre los cargos festeros y finalmente los Cristianos han vencido y han izado en lo alto de la torre la ense\u00f1a de la Cruz.
