Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de <strong>c\u00f3mo afronta el sector de la hosteler\u00eda<\/strong> las reservas para el pr\u00f3xim Navidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Queda apenas un mes para Navidad y, en estos momentos, la reservas en restaurantes para las fechas m\u00e1s se\u00f1aladas est\u00e1n ya pr\u00e1cticamente al completo. Todo ello a pesar de la subida generalizada que se ha dado en el precio de los alimentos. \u00bfEst\u00e1 afectando esto al precio de los men\u00fas o est\u00e1 recayendo ese incremento principalmente en el sector de la hosteler\u00eda?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explica\u00a0<strong>Ra\u00fal Pascual<\/strong>, gerente de un conocido grupo de restaurantes de Alcoy y comarca, que la situaci\u00f3n provoca que\u00a0<strong>los hosteleros tengan que reducir sus m\u00e1rgenes de ingresos<\/strong>. \u00abTenemos que quitarnos mucho margen si queremos tener unos precios competitivos. Eso es lo que est\u00e1 pasando\u00bb. Y es que repercutir este gasto extra exclusivamente en el consumidor final, supondr\u00eda aumentar mucho el precio del cubierto. \u00ab<strong>No se puede repercutir el 100% del aumento de la materia prima en el cubierto<\/strong>\u00a0y en el men\u00fa. Ser\u00eda una subida muy grande\u00bb, ha asegurado el profesional del sector en declaraciones a<strong>\u00a0Cope Alcoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, estas dificultades a las que se enfrenta el sector no son exclusivas del periodo navide\u00f1o. Es una situaci\u00f3n que viven a diario desde hace meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de esta problem\u00e1tica, la Navidad se prev\u00e9 fruct\u00edfera en cuanto a la demanda. Y es que\u00a0<strong>los restaurantes est\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticamente al completo<\/strong>. \u00abAhora mismo los d\u00edas puntuales est\u00e1n o llenos o quedan pocas plazas\u00bb. Y esto es as\u00ed desde hace incluso meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada a\u00f1o, explican desde el sector, las reservas se adelantan. \u00abEso ya pas\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado.<strong>\u00a0En septiembre y octubre, pr\u00e1cticamente, ya los d\u00edas fuertes estaban completos y este a\u00f1o, igual<\/strong>. Incluso tenemos lista de espera por si alguna reserva se cae intentar completarla. Cada a\u00f1o se adelanta m\u00e1s la reserva\u00bb.
