En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os <strong>se han popularizado los alojamientos tur\u00edsticos como alternativa a los hoteles tradicionales<\/strong>. Sin embargo, para poder ofrecer este servicios se debe cumplir una cierta normativa. Y esto no siempre ocurre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una situaci\u00f3n que se da tambi\u00e9n en Alcoy, donde aumenta la oferta y la demanda de alojamientos, por ejemplo, de cara a Fiestas de Moros y Cristianos. <strong>Los hoteleros muestran su preocupaci\u00f3n<\/strong> porque no todos los alojamientos que se alquilan cumplen con la normativa vigente y cuentan con la licencia y las condiciones necesarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para hacer frente a esta situaci\u00f3n, <strong>el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy trabajar\u00e1 en un convenio con la Generalitat Valenciana para actuar en estos casos<\/strong>. Informar\u00e1 de c\u00f3mo regularizar la situaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de controlar la oferta ilegal y de competencia desleal en esta actividad. Y, para ello, <strong>contar\u00e1 con los servicios de la Polic\u00eda Local de Alcoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Con esta colaboraci\u00f3n mutua se contribuir\u00e1 a regularizar esas plazas de alojamiento que est\u00e1n por regularizar. Combatimos la competencia desleal y <strong>nos permitir\u00e1 aumentar la obtenci\u00f3n de las subvenciones<\/strong> que recibimos de la Generalitat como destinaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica. Esta <strong>viene dada tambi\u00e9n por el n\u00famero de alojamientos reglados que tiene la ciudad<\/strong>&#8220;, ha asegurado <strong>Lorena Zamorano<\/strong>, edil de Turismo, en declaraciones a <strong>Cope Alcoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se regulariza un alojamiento?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el tr\u00e1mite de regularizaci\u00f3n en suelo urbano es imprescindible adjuntar el informe de compatibilidad urban\u00edstica y la licencia de ocupaci\u00f3n (antes c\u00e9dula de habitabilidad) que expide el Ayuntamiento. Adem\u00e1s hay que disponer de todos los requisitos obligatorios, seg\u00fan la categor\u00eda que se quiera inscribir (est\u00e1ndar o superior).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, es necesario que el alojamiento est\u00e9 en perfecto estado de limpieza y conservaci\u00f3n. Se debe adjuntar una declaraci\u00f3n responsable que solo se puede realizar de forma telem\u00e1tica con firma digital, tanto para las personas f\u00edsicas como jur\u00eddicas.
