Tambi\u00e9n hemos hablado de <strong>las reservas de bares y restaurantes<\/strong> para el d\u00eda centro del Mig Any que se celebra el s\u00e1bado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A menos de una semana para Mig Any, resulta\u00a0<strong>pr\u00e1cticamente imposible encontrar hueco para comer o cenar el s\u00e1bado<\/strong>\u00a0en el centro de Alcoy. Las reservas est\u00e1n al completo para los dos servicios y casi no hay huecos disponibles. Una situaci\u00f3n que ya era as\u00ed hace algunas semanas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abYa hace tiempo que lo tenemos completo. Estamos muy contentos.\u00a0<strong>Es una fecha muy se\u00f1alada y es normal que la gente madrugue para hacer sus reservas<\/strong>\u00ab, ha explicado\u00a0<strong>David Sand\u00edn<\/strong>, propietario y cocinero de un conocido restaurante del centro de la ciudad. En este sentido, parece que el cambio en la programaci\u00f3n de Mig Any no ha influido. Sin embargo, s\u00ed lo ha hecho. \u00abTenemos reservado de hace tiempo, pero s\u00ed que es cierto que\u00a0<strong>la gente que ten\u00eda una reserva para la cena quer\u00eda cambiar para la comida<\/strong>. No ha podido ser porque lo ten\u00edamos lleno\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Cambio de tendencia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En t\u00e9rminos generales, para el hostelero la situaci\u00f3n es buena. \u00abEstamos contentos, llevamos una l\u00ednea muy buena. Tenemos pr\u00e1cticamente los fines de semana siempre completos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a las preferencias de los consumidores, estas han cambiado en los \u00faltimos tiempos. \u00ab<strong>La tendencia ahora es que la gente sale a comer<\/strong>\u00ab. Y esto no se debe exclusivamente a la temporada del a\u00f1o o las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas que se est\u00e1n dando. \u00abCon las reservas para mediod\u00eda, se llena enseguida el restaurante y por la noche se va llenando poco a poco.
