Tambi\u00e9n hemos hecho referencia a <strong>la detenci\u00f3n<\/strong> de tres personas en nuestra ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agentes de\u00a0<strong>la Polic\u00eda Nacional han detenido en Alcoy<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>a tres personas como\u00a0<strong>presuntas autoras de los delitos de robo con violencia, tr\u00e1fico de drogas y extorsi\u00f3n<\/strong>. Todo ello tras una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n efectuada por el grupo de Polic\u00eda Judicial de la Comisar\u00eda de Polic\u00eda Nacional de nuestra ciudad\u00a0<strong>tras presentar denuncia un var\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0que afirmaba\u00a0<strong>haber sido v\u00edctima de un robo<\/strong>\u00a0despu\u00e9s de haber contratado servicios sexuales de una mujer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La v\u00edctima, en su declaraci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que la citada mujer le facilit\u00f3 sustancias estupefacientes al llegar al domicilio al igual que explic\u00f3 que lleg\u00f3 a perder la conciencia tras consumirlas. En ese momento,<strong>\u00a0la presunta autora, junto a otra mujer que posteriormente tambi\u00e9n acudi\u00f3 a la vivienda, comenzaron a defraudar dinero de la cuenta del denunciante.\u00a0<\/strong>Para ello\u00a0<strong>hicieron numerosas transferencias y transacciones<\/strong>\u00a0mediante la plataforma de pagos m\u00f3viles a diferentes cuentas y l\u00edneas telef\u00f3nicas, utilizando su identificaci\u00f3n facial en su terminal telef\u00f3nico ya que el mismo se encontraba pr\u00e1cticamente paralizado debido a que hab\u00edan logrado anular su voluntad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al d\u00eda siguiente,<strong>\u00a0cuando la v\u00edctima logr\u00f3 recuperar la conciencia, se percat\u00f3 de que se hab\u00edan realizado sin su consentimiento un total de 20 transferencias, ascendiendo a un importe de 9.800 euros.\u00a0<\/strong>Inmediatamente despu\u00e9s, se despu\u00e9s se puso en contacto con la mujer a la que hab\u00eda contratado los servicios sexuales y\u00a0<strong>al recriminarle su actitud comenz\u00f3 a amenazarlo y extorsionarle<\/strong>\u00a0con hacer p\u00fablico un video de car\u00e1cter sexual en el que aparec\u00eda la v\u00edctima en una actitud comprometedora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Las claves de la investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para esclarecer los hechos,\u00a0<strong>los agentes solicitaron<\/strong><strong>\u00a0informaci\u00f3n a las entidades bancarias<\/strong>\u00a0con la finalidad de rastrear el dinero transferido as\u00ed como conocer la identidad de los titulares a cuyo favor se hicieron las transferencias.Una vez conocida esta \u00faltima, se practic\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de tres personas implicadas en los hechos:\u00a0<strong>dos mujeres y un hombre, de nacionalidad venezolana y de 23, 26 y 32 a\u00f1os de edad.\u00a0<\/strong>A las\u00a0<strong>dos mujeres<\/strong>\u00a0se les imput\u00f3 un delito de robo con violencia, tr\u00e1fico de drogas y extorsi\u00f3n y\u00a0<strong>el var\u00f3n fue imputado<\/strong>\u00a0por cooperar en el delito de robo con violencia ya que aport\u00f3 tanto el tel\u00e9fono como las cuentas bancarias para que finalmente pudieran llevare a cabo las transferencias econ\u00f3micas. De los detenidos,\u00a0<strong>las dos mujeres<\/strong>\u00a0fueron puestas a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n de guardia de la localidad de Alcoy.
