Y es que, si la <strong>Conselleria de Industria<\/strong> no mueve ficha, <strong>puede quedarse sin el 70% de los trabajadores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e1cticamente tres cuartas partes de los trabajadores est\u00e1n contratados por una bolsa de urgencia. Sin embargo, estos contratos finalizar\u00e1n el 31 de octubre. Y, a partir de ah\u00ed, la situaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en el aire. &#8220;A d\u00eda de hoy <strong>ni la consellera ni los nuevos cargos de SITVAL -ni los anteriores- han dicho absolutamente nada<\/strong>. Estamos a un mes de que vuelva a caducar la bolsa que hay actualmente&#8221;, ha asegurado <strong>Miguel Company<\/strong>, delegado de Personal en ITV Alcoy y enlace sindical por <strong>Comisiones Obreras (CCOO)<\/strong>, en declaraciones a <strong>Cope Alcoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que el conflicto se remonta a cuando la estaci\u00f3n era gestionada por la empresa privada, antes de <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/las-itv-califican-de-chapuza-el-proceso-de-reversion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la reversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica que tuvo lugar a finales del mes de febrero de este a\u00f1o<\/a><\/span>. Pr\u00e1cticamente el 70% de los trabajadores no ten\u00edan un contrato fijo. &#8220;<strong>La empresa anterior lo que hizo fue vivir de la temporalidad y ahora arrastramos ese grave problema<\/strong>&#8220;. A medida que las plazas fijas iban quedando libres, por jubilaciones u otros motivos, estas eran cubiertas con contratos temporales. Estos finalizaban el 30 de junio, ya realizada la reversi\u00f3n. En ese momento la empresa p\u00fablica que lo gestiona (SITVAL) opt\u00f3 por sacar una bolsa de urgencia, la que ahora llega a su fin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Plazas a concurso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la soluci\u00f3n ser\u00eda que estas plazas salieran a concurso p\u00fablico. Sin embargo, no se trata de un proceso que se pueda resolver en menos de un mes. &#8220;<strong>Las plazas han de salir a concurso, pero es un proceso que puede tardar meses<\/strong>. Desconozco lo que se pueda hacer, pero el problema est\u00e1 ah\u00ed&#8221;, afirma Company. Sin embargo, por el momento, la Conselleria no se ha pronunciado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Huelga indefinida<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta es una de las principales reivindicaciones de la ITV de Alcoy. Pero no es la \u00fanica. Y es que, <strong>a partir del pr\u00f3ximo lunes 2 de octubre los trabajadores de las ITV de la Comunidad Valenciana se ponen en huelga<\/strong>. Una paro indefinido que tambi\u00e9n puede afectar a la estaci\u00f3n de Alcoy y que est\u00e1 <strong>convocado por CCOO PV, UGT PV, Intersindical Valenciana y CSIF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los motivos son varios. Tras la reversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, <strong>se lleg\u00f3 a un acuerdo de equiparaci\u00f3n salarial que, a d\u00eda de hoy, no se ha cumplido<\/strong>. Un problema que se agrava en la provincia de Alicante, cuyos trabajadores -excepto los de Alcoy y Ondara- hist\u00f3ricamente han estado cobrando menos por hacer el mismo trabajo. Tambi\u00e9n denuncian <strong>la &#8220;paralizaci\u00f3n&#8221; de la mesa de negociaci\u00f3n del convenio colectivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde la Conselleria de Industria, que es de la que depende la empresa p\u00fablica SITVAL, no acaban de comprender los motivos de la huelga. Precisamente <strong>se acaba de constituir el nuevo Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la empresa<\/strong>.
