Tambi\u00e9n hemos comentado cuestiones referidas al <strong>precio del aceite de oliva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ir al supermercado es m\u00e1s caro que hace unos a\u00f1os. La inflaci\u00f3n se ha notado en el aumento del precio de los alimentos. Y, en concreto, hay uno que<strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 llegando a precios pr\u00e1cticamente prohibitivos<\/strong>\u00a0para el consumidor medio,\u00a0<strong>el aceite de oliva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos meses\u00a0<strong>el precio del litro de aceite ha llegado casi a duplicarse<\/strong>. Y esto, en parte, tiene que ver con la situaci\u00f3n que atraviesa el campo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La sequ\u00eda de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>ha hecho que la producci\u00f3n baje<\/strong>\u00a0y que al agricultor cada vez le cueste m\u00e1s producir, ya que sigue pagando lo mismo, pero recoge menos. \u00abEs un c\u00famulo de circunstancias. Por una parte est\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica. Esta es, por ejemplo,\u00a0<strong>muy grave en Andaluc\u00eda, que tiene el 90% de la producci\u00f3n de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. Si\u00a0<strong>normalmente se producen un mill\u00f3n y medio de toneladas<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>en la temporada 2021-2022 se produjeron unas 660.000 y entre 600.000 y 700.00 en la temporada 2022-2023<\/strong>. Casi 900.000 toneladas menos\u00bb, ha explicado<strong>\u00a0Rafael Montava<\/strong>, presidente de la\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cooperativesagroalimentariescv.com\/nuestras-cooperativas\/cooperativa-agricola-catolica-coop-v-cocentaina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cooperativa Agr\u00edcola de Cocentaina<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, en declaraciones a\u00a0<strong>Cope Alcoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y cuanto menos aceite hay, a m\u00e1s se paga. \u00ab<strong>El aceite se ha agotado. Esto provoca una inflaci\u00f3n de costes<\/strong>. Yo tengo que seguir abonando y trabajando los campos. Si yo tengo repartir los gastos entre el 50% de la cosecha que hago, evidentemente me cuesta m\u00e1s caro\u00bb, a\u00f1ade Montava. El aceite se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en\u00a0<strong>verdadero oro l\u00edquido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero el aumento del precio no supone una ganancia para los productores. \u00ab<strong>El precio actual ya no repercute en el agricultor<\/strong>. \u00c9l ha cobrado a principio de campa\u00f1a a unos precios que son una quinta parte del precio al que se est\u00e1 pagando ahora. No hay aceite en ning\u00fan sitio y hay algo de especulaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el otro extremo de la cadena de producci\u00f3n est\u00e1 el consumidor final, que ante el incremento de precios se ve obligado a buscar alternativas. \u00abEs una situaci\u00f3n que no favorece al sector.\u00a0<strong>Los consumidores se han pasado a otras grasas, que no son tan caras<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n a otros aceites refinados\u00bb, lamenta el presidente de la cooperativa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Las previsiones<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De cara a la pr\u00f3xima temporada, que arranca en octubre, no parece que se vaya a revertir la situaci\u00f3n. \u00abEsta campa\u00f1a Andaluc\u00eda tampoco tiene aceitunas. Los precios seguir\u00e1n igual.<strong>\u00a0Es probable que a principio de campa\u00f1a, en octubre, al haber m\u00e1s aceite en el mercado, se baje un poco el precio<\/strong>\u00ab. Sin embargo, posteriormente volver\u00e1 a subir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tampoco ayuda que\u00a0<strong>pa\u00edses como Egipto, Turqu\u00eda, Grecia y Marruecos hayan cerrado la exportaci\u00f3n de aceite<\/strong>, porque disminuye la cantidad de producto en el mercado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para los agricultores la preocupaci\u00f3n es importante. \u00abDependemos de la climatolog\u00eda. Sin contin\u00faa la sequ\u00eda persistente, las cosecha es menor y los gastos son mayores.\u00a0<strong>Tampoco hay un apoyo decidido de las instituciones al campo<\/strong>.
