El<strong> IES Andreu Sempere<\/strong> comienza un curso m\u00e1s, y ya van 19, con <strong>la reforma del instituto a\u00fan pendiente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El concurso p\u00fablico para llevar a cabo las obras qued\u00f3 desierto hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o y en ese momento comenz\u00f3 de nuevo el proceso. Se revisaron los precios y se valor\u00f3 en 6&#8217;2 millones. Sin embargo, posteriormente <strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/la-reforma-de-lies-andreu-sempere-costara-quasi-85-milions-deuros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">se aument\u00f3 hasta los 8&#8217;5 millones de euros<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. El nuevo proyecto, a\u00fan as\u00ed, sigue sufriendo retrasos y, a d\u00eda de hoy, <strong>siguen sin estar licitadas las obras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A punto de entrar en el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2023, a\u00fan se espera que la nueva licitaci\u00f3n llegue este a\u00f1o. &#8220;La idea es <strong>en este trimestre licitar ya las obras<\/strong> y que <strong>puedan comenzar en el primer semestre de 2024<\/strong>&#8220;, aseguraba <strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, alcalde de Alcoy, durante la inauguraci\u00f3n del curso escolar este lunes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para Franc\u00e9s, la reforma del IES Andreu Sempere es un tema urgente. &#8220;<strong>Es la m\u00e1xima prioridad que tenemos en estos momentos<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de haber quedado desierto el concurso por la situaci\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n en nuestro pa\u00eds provocada por la guerra de Ucrania. A partir de ah\u00ed, no solo se han revisado los precios.
